You are right..

Why they are in the show. Their sons have not found anybody they want to get married. Yash and his mom and Vivek and his mom are wasting their time on the show. I don't think they want their sons to marry any of remaining girls on the show.

I have a feeling they are trying to pass time and are having a holiday away from home. They don't want to interfere too much and they don't care about Gulabo's antics nor about the remaining girls in the show,. They must have a contract with the star, they are waiting for the contract to expire.

it's apparent she does no work around the house because she's always ordering someone else to do something. Ugh, she's so delusional. She keeps proving it just like the time she said no one has any "shikayat" with her.
