If i can shed light on the jeeja saali relation
The piece of paper is very very important . It is after signing it that these relations r defined .
Not after having sex with one sister and u feel 'married' . It does not count in reality .
They r feelings that the court will dismiss and will only see the piece of paper ...the marraige certificate .
Till they got married or were after the same guy all is game .
But the moment the real marraige takes place , the relations get defined by the law and society .
It is Arjun and Ovi who have a real marraige , not Purvi and Arjun .
Purvi and Arjun had a love affair and a baby out of wedlock .
Arjun did not marry Purvi . He married Ovi Deshmukh . The moment the garland fell around Ovi's neck , Purvi and Teju became his saali .
Ovi did NOT become his saali after Purvi got engaged to him .
She would have become if the garland had fallen around her neck and the marraige certificate had been signed .
The definition of these relationships is very clear cut , legal and NOT hypothetical .
Marraige does NOT take place if two sleep together . It takes place if that paper is signed , live in relationhips and love affairs r NOT marraiges .
So Ovi commited no incest . She was not even aware of any sexual relation between her sister and her once upon a time fiancee . But it can be put this way . Knowing she had sex with him Purvi encouraged him to marry her sister and later on , encouraged him to consummate with her sister . All this knowing of the sexual relationship they shared .
Arjun also agreed to this consummation suggested by his ex inspite of having a sexual relation with her .
So , both Arjun and Purvi did this KNOWINGLY . The unaware person was the wife .
I refrain nowdays from using the word incest but if it is to be used , i would look at who had sex and suggested sex within the family with full knowledge . Arjun Purvi KNEW , Ovi didn't .
She didn't even know of the baby swap .
The relations r defined only after marraige not before marraige . Fact .
If divorce happens and ARVI get married a sister would be destroying her sister's life and building her own . Fact .
If they want to show this title montage , show AFTER the divorce . It will at least be somewhat acceptable .
I agree with the member who said its put in there to garner TRPs .
