So, finally Arjun has a loop hole to get back in Purvi's life, not a care for Ovi's state of mind regarding their dead child.
My question is, since he is so madly in love with Purvi, how did he have the stomach to marry Ovi and consummate the marriage?
What are the cvs trying to prove by writing such story lines?
What was the point of all of this?
Ovi's Mother let her go for 18yrs, not a letter, not a phone call, she meets her Mother for the first time since a baby, and finds she has an adopted sister worshipped by her Mother, who did not care to find her in 18yrs.. She never even made much of a big deal about Ovi, too busy romancing with hubby...Seriously?
Then her childhood friend who she loved and was engaged to worships that same person? Then her own Father forgets her Mother's neglect turns around and worships that same person, and even supports her Mother with Arjun and Purvi ? Your baby is born and your parents and family literally mourn the death of a stranger's child and not even pretend to celebrate yours? Now your own Twin Sister, supports that same stranger and to hell with you?
Your both parents and your best friend dig your hole of death for a stranger?
Who has that sort of life? Isn't that like suicidal for anyone? Worse an emotionally fragile person like Ovi? Geez
So, she makes this deal, I disagreed yes , at the same time her life was literally falling apart, who am I to judge?
She eventually was willing to move on from Arjun, but between his usually deceptive behaviour and Purvi's twisted mind of sleeping with a man and passing him on to her so-called sister, in the name of sanskaars, Ovi's marriage was consummated.
So the conclusion of this plan was two Great Lovers Arvi were so in love that they were willing to make one marry and have a baby with the other's sister, just so the other lover could prove to her Mother (only owned by her) how much she loves her and wants her happiness. Thereby, they are both proving how powerful their love is? This is acceptable by normal standards CVS?😲
So, this is really the theme of Pavitra Rishta, love is so powerful that you will give it up even if you are deceiving and ruining others lives in the process? Then once you have ruined everyone, you get back together and have a baby or two?
Manav and Archana did that to Shravani for the sake of his dead brother.(Remember just like Arjun, Manav did not want to marry Shravani)
Now, Arjun and Purvi did and are still doing the same to a more extreme level, because at least Archana did not wait until Manav got married and consummate it.
Now, we see the traumatic circumstances to come unfolding, Ovi will go through what Shravani went through.
I never sided with Shravani because she never had Manav first and she did a lot of plotting which Ovi did not, she only made a deal. Ovi never tried to do anything bad to Purvi, she never took Arjun from Purvi. She had him first, whether or not he loved her was irrelevant at that time, he was engaged to Ovi and only her. No one had put a gun to his head to engage Ovi. Trying to make someone jealous, cannot in any normal world, be considered effective for a marriage proposal, if you are not in love with the person and only see that person as a friend.
What Arjun did was wrong and what he is about to do again is wrong. He is always doing the wrong thing.
He did wrong by not remembering he was engaged. He did wrong by spending all that time with Purvi and opening himself to her. He did wrong by knowing he was in love with Purvi and taking forever to let Ovi know. He never protected her. He treated her like they were never friends. When he got married to Ovi without a bullet to his head, he treated her badly. He went ahead with the marriage, and still could not give it a chance. When Ovi wanted to move on, he deceived her again, by making her feel he was willing to try etc. etc.
He deceived her by not standing by her with the breast-feeding fiasco, he deceived her by agreeing with Purvi that Ovi is an unsuitable Mother.
I know when finds out that the baby is his, he will see Purvi as a great Mother. He will never question her Motherhood, by giving up her baby. He will comfort himself and say she did it for him and she did not give the baby to strangers. He will probably even fool himself that Purvi still loves him that is why she did it.
Once again, Arjun will deceive Ovi. This character has fallen in my eyes so much.
No one should be feeling sorry for him, he is no better than Purvi, they are so alike, I can see why they are seen as made for each other. Both are deceptive alike.
