Well if things go out of control and even after trying explaining all these things if she is not able to come out,guess its better for her parents to take medical help.Its good for her, her career and future too, considering that her exams are near and she is not able to focus on it nor she is taking care of her health..Best deal nothing works I guess medical help to calm her down a bit.

I am not sure if I am right here just giving my 2 cents as far as I know..

Man sometimes people become so attached to the reel life that they forget to differentiate between real and reel.

Hope everything works out for her...😊

Sweety, she is reacting like this because maybe she has experienced something in her life where she loves someone and it didn't work out. Try to get her to talk about her feelings. Don't tell her it's just a serial, she knows that in her head, it's her heart that is crying. Just comfort her, tell her you understand how she feels...and that it is very sad, but maybe the show will change it again...and she should be strong for Arjun and Purvi whom she is very attached to.

In other words, be an understanding friend and a shoulder for her to cry on.

Let us know how she is...we do care about your friend.

I would say is Balaji or CV's or Ekta are not going to do anything or change anything even if they by chance get to know..They will laugh it off as some crazy fan joke.No body is going to give a damn...so its better not to go that route..Rather I think tell her parents to be with her along with you being her supporting base.

Take her out ,divert her attention and be with her - this route is more practical rather than going for a reel solution which is not possible.

Let her know that this crap senseless show does not need so much attention than her future.
