First I must provide eulogy to current one...

Parichay - story of a fallen hero Kunal Chopra who due to his principles has faced failure and is rejected by all. He has lost zest for his life and now lives a lackadaisical life. The story will capture Kunal's journey as he gets back to life and aims for success in life. So based on initial promos, we tuned in to see Kunal's Parichay. 18 months have passed and about 17 more episodes have left. Can anyone please tell me if you saw Kunal's Parichay? The show started out with Kunal as a failure and still not much have changed Along the way came beautiful love story SINAL and I must say it was damn good. But even that was ruined to extent beyond I ever imagined. During first few months show was going on right path, it had potential to be better, but after confession it went down the hill and boy it continued there. Great CVs did everything to turn Parichay into a typical "daily soap" with all the nonsense and garbage tracks that we audience on forum and at large did not accept. Now with 17 episodes left, still we have same old money problem instead of showing Richa-Abhay being punished for their crimes😡

Those responsible for ruining Parichay, Kunal and SINAL - I had Parichay with some of the sickest minds on earth. But you know what is sad, I am in the field of Forensic Psychology and have worked with worse type of criminals, yet I find your mind to be more sick👏👏👏

It saddens me that such a great concept, most complex/best character in television history and what a beautiful love story was treated this way. Do not get me wrong, I commend those who came up with this concept, created character of Kunal Chopra and gave us SINAL; but you people failed to maintain it. So your numbers weren't maintained either. Instead of instilling hope to people, you tortured them.

Now my appeal to all - I am not satisfied with what we had in past 18 months. I agree we saw best couple SINAL, best character Kunal, Sameer sir did tremendous job in portraying suhc complicated character and other actors also did commendable job.👍🏼 But given what we were promised, it seems unfinished. I say we saw unfulfilled Parichay of Kunal Chopra. Most of the time he was crying - sure Sameer sir were great in portraying those emotional scene but take a break dude.

So I personally want to see season 2 with the original concept, same great characters but a brand new story. I sure want SINAL love story, but also Kunal's Parichay. No leap or continuation from this story line as it sucks big time👎🏼 I would like to see Madhura Rapsang or Doris Dey as the Creative head as they upheld the dignity of characters and story line. I truly wish it not to be on same channel as everyone knows why.

It is decided that show will end so I personally think it is good to accept it and try to channel our effort for new season with fresh story. I believe 3-6 months break will be good. So what do other members have to say about it? You can be Kunal fab, Siddhi fan, SINAL fan or just general Parichay fan; please leave a comment here and not just a like😊

Need some time to read it fully as after reading half my mood went off bcoz of that lady knwn as NB 😡 she was the one who ruined our show n then channel people supported her by shifting Parichay to 10.30slot 😡

I dnt knw why these channel people call BB a family show 🤢 Do they even understand whats a family show n whats a non-sense show 😡

Seriously i dnt want extension of Parichay if they wanna continue wid OTTs only... Frm past two episodes the story havent moved a bit n OTTs r jst hanging around us 😡

Its better to be back wid S-2 wid SaTi , fresh story, new PH, new channel n widout any leap 😛

If colors is only goin to give us S-2 then better it be after BB 7...So that again a few slots will be cleared for our show 😛

Bt dnt want BT to produce it as they r well known for ruining a gpod show

Bt new channel is a better option isnt it 😉

So me want season 2 with SS-KN reprising their roles and new fresh story😳

Yes BT people have ruined the story but given EK is the producer, she may have the right so new PH is difficult. But then I heard in other show she had not butchered leads so much so it might be few problem people😡 and show, Kunal and SINAL do come from them.

I say different channel would be big relief as well everyone knows why😆

Parichay was one of the most realistic shows to have been aired on indian TV! Great concept, excellent pool af actors, but unfortunately failed to some extent!
Till january 2012 everything was going perfectly. But if you see Jay, inspite of the realistic tracks and good execution, the numbers weren't that good! It used to be between 2.5 and 3 which is kind of above average! To give the much needed entertainment they brought in drama in the rape case and boy!! The trps shot up and our show was in the top 5!!
Then came the disaster, Doris being replaced by NB! But still the show kept doing good, had trps of 2.5+ was in the top 10 after leap! But the story vanished!
I don't blame the makers completely! I also has to do with the mentality of the audience! With the kind of shows being made all I can say is the audience have become sick!! Look at the high trp shows, full of drama loud music heavy dialogues! People love this!!
I am not trying to justify the makers for showing things like Abhay Siddhi marriage!! But that track fetched more numbers than Kunal exposing Abhay!

Nevertheless we need to fight for our show and make sure that EK agrees! That should be our first priority! Asking for the story should be second!!
I don't know if the channel can be changed! If yes then I would be the happiest person!!
All I want to say is people please don't lose hope! We need to keep fighting till we achieve!

NB did play spoil sport but she too is into films these days!!
If not for EK whom should we approach for season 2!!

Jay in the other show leads were butchered even more!!

My doubt is what does the channel have to do with the show once it goes off air!! So there can be some scope of a new channel!!

As far as BB goes, better I not say anything! Infact better I not say anything about any show on this channel . Everything is sub standard! Be it the weekend shows or some pathetic soaps!

Jay, I definitely wantt a Season two but it has to continue from the current one without any leap but with a fresh story but some backlogs to be tied up.

We only have 17 episodes - there's only so much on what can be done and shown

KC finds funds in a right way without compromising his principle and send the kids to Singapore.

KC fights new cases to set up his own law frim with Siddhi...they can show the final episode with SINAL opening the law firm and finish it there.

Season two starts with SINAL working the their new office - 3- 6months leap the max

New cases to fight - show them slowly coming up successfully in both professinal and personal life

Major breakthru - Re-opening Rohit's case to expose Master mind Richa . I dont really care much about Abhay and Sulekha ...as i dont want them to come back again. They can show a proper exit by Kunal having a final say to Abhay that he will become so big in life...

For drama, new set of villain in terms of professinal competition can be added. More court cases...more iively...

SINAL relationship - growing showing the normal ups and down ( no separation) that any married couple have and how they go thru it together to solve it.

I think new ph is not possible...and I agree on the two creatives you mentioned as they know what viewers want. I am ok with colors as long as prime time slot is given like it used to have but no hanky panky later on shifting and so on. If not, I am ok for new channel that is ready to takeon S2.

@Vaibhavi - I agree that some drama sure is required given it is a daily soap. So I did not mind rape case as it did bring more numbers. But things went down hill after confession as it got too much drama. After leap, numbers went up when SINAL came face to face. About the sick marriage, well it was promoted so much and was right after anticipated reunion. But numbers went down bad after it and I personally know many who stopped watching show from that point on; I myself did. Kunal exposing Abhay did not bring much, well loyal fans had left show as they were fed up; no wonder numbers stayed low. The sick wedding did kill show as numbers fell after that.

I don't have much of problem with BT as long as good CV like Doris Dey or Madhura Rapsang are there. But would prefer different channel.

Asking for new story is essential as if they do leap or continuation of where we are - well not much changed is it?

No idea what took place in other show. Simply going by what I read😊
