I know people are not happy with Kunal, I too am not.
But I am just confused for the reason. I myself will put down reasons I have.
The whole believing Siddhi's bluff and trust factor; well I do not blame Kunal for that. Kuanl did not believe Siddhi has turned selfish easily. Each and every member of his family said things against her. Siddhi herself acted such way in open court (not to mention she helped Richa how to make her way in) Kunal was not aware of what took place while he was in prison. He was only told Rohit is alive but nothing more. Vira too didn't say anything to Kunal about Rohit's death. So people kept Kunal in dark and onyl said what they want to. But Kunal did not believe his family. But Kunal did believe Siddhi. I must say Siddhi did hell of a job in lying. Those who ever want to lie, learn form this. Siddhi did not make up an entire lie. She only changed few things. She said from day 1 she had to take up responsibilities of household, deal with Richa-Thakrals; the case was just taking too much on her part. She finds a proof and Thakral was able to use his money to manipulate things. Family was more concerned about Kunal and not her. Only person to look after her was Kunal, but ever since he went to jail; Siddhi was all alone. All these things are right. So Siddhi sounds very convincing when she says circumstances urged her to take such decision. I do not have problem with Kunal for buying this and feeling betrayed. Considering his situation, well I can accept it.
What I can not digest are 2 things.
1) why didn't Kunal inquire about Siddhi at least when she was pregnant. CVs showed 4 months in what 5 minutes most? This was a big let down.
2) worst is to let Richa in the house and bedroom𤢠Really, what the hell? What was need of that? Pre-leap we saw Kunal did not believe Richa's words that Siddhi tried to kill baby and he wanted to talk to Siddhi. Kunal didn't even believe nurse either, but now? Sure Kunal says to Richa I can't stand you, then how come she can roam freely in your house? You really think she helped you and your son? Again I am not so sure if Kunal really believes Richa or not, I just can't understand why he even tolerates her?
Now with Siddhi, I have major problem like everyone else that is stupid deal and sacrifice. Now post-leap she too believed Kunal is married to Richa based on Sulekha's words and seeing creature trying to cling on Kunal. One may say remember C-night? But then again I do not have problem with it. Just like Kunal was in bad emotional state during end of case, Siddhi too is in vulnerable state so it makes sense she would believe K-R took place. 9 years away from Kunal in prison and finding out about her sons and all; I can see it happen.
Someone can even argue why didn't she ask about her frst child and inquire more from Sulekha as what happened to him once Richa kidnapped him. But if Kunal can't ask why sudden change at the end of the case; why expect Siddhi to ask such questions?
So these are my problems with Kunal considering the circumstances and people involved. Post leap, well I am not able to understand what is happening so I'll reserve my comments on that. Sure the bonding between father-son is good and I can say for sure Kunal has not moved on in his life no matter what he says or how he acts. he is very much hooked on Siddhi and can never hate her or live a life without her. That being said, I don't know why other's are angry at Kunal.
