Some people have speculated that Kunal may not fight the case in case siddhi says that she had indeed caused the accident; maybe siddhi herself tells him not to because she feels guilty of having caused a "death" and is willing to take the punishment, Also she knows how much Kunal's principles mean for him.A scenario where he saves her from phaansi and life in jail but not a prison sentence as such.
Of course Kapil wont sit quiet. What if he goes and hires another lawyer to prove to the court that she is innocent.
Requirements.
1. This lawyer can be an old friend of siddhis; someone who she is very comfortable with. He could probably be shown to be her best friend.
2. He should not be a psycho lover nor turn into a psycho lover at any stage. Probably show him having fiance ; only let this fact be hidden from Kunal.
3. He could be a sweet charmer and let siddhi and him have a very open and free relation. We all know that our dear Kunal Chopra would be jealous if someone appears to be too close to his wifey. 😉
4. Let this be a light hearted track. Show a jealous Kunal; a possessive Kunal but dont make it depressive.
5. Show him having a realization how much he loves his wife and how awesome she is. Also it could be a good time to make him realize how siddhi would have felt when he spent all his time bothering about richa and vineet.
6. It would also be a great track to tell us about siddhi's childhood and teenage years.
7. Let this friend be someone who thinks that Kunal and siddhi are made for each other. Probably he can be shown telling siddhi how lucky she is to have a man like Kunal Chopra as her hubby. He could probably be shown as a fan of lawyer KC in his law student days.
This track could also have some dramatic value. Kapil could be shown questioning kunal on his decision to stick to his principles even when his wife and baby are in question. Kunal could be shown having a conflict on what he values most in life.
