I thought he said aaoo as well but if you listen carefully it's wow nd he didn't look like he was in pain and Naina lost her balance sheet didn't fall in his laptop. He can never stop talking about the guy Naina "cheated" with like he is sooo jealous. Raghav will find out the truth when it will be too late and Naina will hate him by then. I'm guessing an accident like you said in another post
