Rewatched the ep- and that father daughter conversation hits so hard- for once, we got a dad that isn't shaming his daughter for being in love. He's not upset she likes Shehram & that shehram likes her. He even emphasises that he respects their liking for each other, but he just doesn't want Mahnoor to play with her life like this. Mahnoor looks shattered through out the conversation- but it was the dose of reality she needed. No one has a problem with her being in love- but when it's the kind of love that's going to cause her harm- she has to choose to protect herself.
Kishwar is such a vile woman. Shehram can't throw her out or fling accusations and end her part in his life easily. She has sons in the house- and Shehram has some ethics in his dealings on personal and professional levels. He needs some time to sort Kishwar out- and I just know she's going to slander Mahnoor in society whetever she can in that time. It's a good thing Mahnoor saved herself from that. It's heartbreaking, but Mahnoor and her family have suffered enough already.
I think most of us here agree that Mahnoor has the right to pick Taimoor as her life partner….she can and must opt for whatever is right for her and her family. It’s her not coming clean on it with either Taimoor or Shehram..that is the problem. If she informed Shehram beforehand…he would have understood and happily stepped back and it wouldn’t be a shock for him, nor did she tell Taimoor that she harboured feelings for someone else but now will be fully committed to their relationship because she is making that choice. They have butchered her graph a bit for some drama and touch of heartache and masala. On the contrary it would have been nice to see her make a proper comparison between two suitors and opt for the practical choice. Tbf..10 years is a long time and Hamza and Ayeza still got that chemistry 
for me it’s tenfolds better than pyarey Afzal for sure.
