Kadam...u can get all the ingredients so easily in Hong Kong....😆 I am still upset with Kavi's statement....she meant to say something or was it just a general statement before signing off???😍

Mocktail - Virgin Colada

Ingredients :-

*Coconut cream/milk – 10 ml
* Vanilla ice cream – 3 scoops
* Pineapple juice – 50 ml
* Chocolate syrup – as required
* Crushed ice – as required

For garnishing
* Pineapple ring - 1

Chill an empty tall glass in a freezer for 5-10 minutes.
Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend.
Rotate the chocolate syrup.
Pour the juice mixture in the glass and add crushed ice.

Cucumber Raita

Ingredients :-

Yoghurt – 2 cups
Grated cucumber – 250 gm
Salt to taste
Crushed mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Sugar – 2 tsp
Coriander leaves to garnish

Whisk the yoghurt nicely. Then mix all the ingredients in and whisk again properly. Chill the raita.
Serve garnished with coriander leaves.

Vani for non vegetarians like us we could also add fairly large prawns fried just like the potatoes.....of course the juices from the prawns would give a sweet taste to the dish.😛 Thus, we could have an extra treat with prawns/potatoes inserted with toothpicks too..!!👏

Oh yes, correct ah sonninga Sue 😊, potatoes with prawn. yummy 😃
