Oh-oh Jiggly.. I see that you had to bring Sandhya in for a twist. Otherwise you would've kept me wondering why on earth did Deepa invite her to join them, after how jealous Deepa got with Sandhya's cheap advances towards Kailash, earlier -- and with the sexy short skirt and all 😆

But we do need twists to keep it interesting, so can't wait to see (read) what's up Sandhya's sleeve 😉

CHAPTER 35

deepa chatted with ajay unaware of kailash's discomfort. sandhya was being horribly flirty & he wasn't liking it one bit. when the hilltop came into view finally, kailash breathed a sigh of relief. he got out & stretched while the rest gathered up all the stuff. "kailash! can you help me with the cooler?" sandhya cooed & kailash was sure that he saw deepa shoot them a curious look before walking to their picnic spot. kailash so badly wanted to be with deepa but he was stuck with helping sandhya. he helped her while glancing at ajay's & deepa's happy conversation. after 15 minutes they all had set up a beautiful picnic spread & were seated in a circle on the picnic mat. "excuse me guys. I need to use the washroom." deepa got up & left. sandhya excuse herself & trailed her to the toilet.

deepa was surprised when she saw sandhya slinking by the sink as she came out of the cubicle. deepa decided to break the ice since sandhya wasn't saying anything. "so are you enjoying yourself?" she asked sandhya sweetly. "yes I am. and deepa I want you to know that there's nothing between me & kailash. he truly loves you." sandhya insisted. deepa smiled & assured sandhya she wasn't suspecting her & kailash anymore. sandhya smiled to herself, proud that her plan was working perfectly. "you sure do take a lot of time deepa! did you preen in front of the mirror?" kailash teased deepa lightly. ajay laughed along while sandhya just rolled her eyes. "sandwich?" ajay offered deepa an egg sandwich. "why are you on a diet?" ajay teased her when she refused. deepa blushed softly & nodded. "but why deepa? you're fine the way you are. there is no fun in hugging a stick thin girl!" kailash exclaimed much to the displeasure of sandhya. ajay also chimed in about how deepa should forgo her diet & just be herself. they both convinced deepa to eat some sandwiches before she fainted from hunger. sandhya watched all these as her anger at deepa grew.

deepa felt lucky that she had two great guys who liked her despite her flaws. she took a sandwich & was happily munching on it when sandhya announced that she was going for a walk. when no one volunteered to accompany her, she stormed off in a real foul temper. "what a funny friend you've got there." ajay remarked amused at sandhya's behaviour. "she's no friend of mine. I only decided to invite her because the more people the merrier it is for a picnic. I was just trying to be nice." deepa replied back seriously. kailash didn't say anything but munched on his sandwich, lost in his own thoughts. "hello.. earth to kailash! what kind of thoughts are you lost in??" deepa waved a hand in front of his face & kailash snapped back to earth. he found ajay & deepa observing him with curious expressions. slightly embarrassed kailash tried to change the topic. before he could do that, they all heard a scream coming from the flower garden on the other side. as the three of them rushed over there, deepa had the slightest feeling that something wrong was about to happen.

OK, about the twist, my guess is the cheap-flirt-attention-craving Sandhya is cooking up (or really into) an incident to get Kailash on her side.
