Even though we have not met in person, you are the only mod I have ever interacted on IF across Bill Gates ka Khidki and I am really glad about that.😃 I mean all the things what I wrote about you on the first page, you, "THAKUR SAAB TRULY DESERVE THAT"👏. 😉For me, you are the most gentlest and fun loving guy. 😛 You are a gem of a person and continue to be a guardian angel in many a people's life. The world is pretty small and I am very optimistic in life, Inshallah we will cross each others path and we will meet one day for sure face to face. 😃 (And of course both our Maharanis will meet as well and discuss about altu faltu stuff like,"Is Indian chicken better or American chick peas better." 😉😆😆)

As for you all well you all are then finally friends. Problem member or not when I am interacting with them for me all are same. And I never believe in going back to the past and brood over it. You may have thrashed me in the past but present you are talking to me as a friend, I will take you as a friend itself. Not even for once that past will ever over shadow my thoughts while talking to you then. And this is something I would request you all also to follow. Please!!!! No use carrying over bitterness. They may end up making you more bitter.

For me a relationship is a relationship be it virtual or real. At the end of the day behind those av's and ID's there is a person, a human being who has a heart and feelings. So why differentiate these two relations!!! I believe in giving my 100% to any relation in real life and try to make sure that I do the same even here in this virtual world. I may not trust everyone blindly as finally here I have to do duties that needs me to be open to all views. But yes I try to see that you all trust me and keep the faith in me. I try to see actions taken are unbiased. Again I too am a human and may falter. Still can promise this much that I'll try my best and even do so to see that I am fair. My decisions at times may go against you but then maybe thats required then. I'll be the last person to see if the person I am taking action against is mt friend or not. I have taken actions against very close friends too. Few among them have even made posts here. 😉

So its a request. Please don't mix between Bhaskar the Mod and Bhaskar the person. As Mod I have some duties and I'll have to do them in an unbiased manner. But that does not mean I will break a friendship or even that I will not take action against my friends.

Bahut kuch likh liya shayad.😆 But will say the same again. You all are too good friends and I really cherish spending time here with you all. Just pray that I don't loose this trust that you all have on me. 🤗

Wonderfully said Bhaskar bhai, totally agree with you, and tell you honestly trying my level best to not to repeat the past again.

Life is moving so fast. World is ending so fast that there is no time to bash anyone or keep harsh feelings. Better give love and get love. Give cheers and get cheers. Give respect, get respect. If we learn one word, the whole life we can be happy "ignorance". If we try to stand on the person place, we'll never bash anyone, cause everyone has their own life, own perceptions. We have to respect and ignore.

1. You become totally "shareef"; after all, when you are a GM you cannot take sides and HAVE to be fair to all.
2. There will be no fights in the section as you won't let that happen.
3. You will be too busy moderating to enjoy the shows.
4. Your inbox will be flooded with PM's demanding your actions.
5. You will be handling the "BANS" and MID's. Since you know all so well, you will immediately get to know which one has landed up in which avatar and tackle the problem even before it has surfaced.
6. Your friends now will then be your trusted soldiers and just to decrease your troubles they will turn over a new leaf and keep away from causing trouble.
7. You will be posting the rules and regulations- the "real kinds" instead of me.😆
8. You would come up with some member interactive thread that will spread harmony. After all how much of trouble can a poor soul handle?
9. You will get too busy to make such long question sets and I can breathe a sigh of relief!
10. You will be sitting and answering these questions while I sit in a corner and enjoy the scene to the fullest
