Okay, okay, okay...Happy days are here again🥳 cause, first and foremost, Veeranshu Singhania is back. And secondly, Happy Dussehra to everyone...and Shubho Bijoya to all my Bengali babes - Dwipi, Shirsha, Ahili, and those as well whom I don't know on a first-name basis. So, without wasting too much time, here goes my take.
Highlights - Yayyy!👍🏼
Gharwali's Sherlockgiri - Matbal, typical biwi ban gayi hai Bani😆. Muh par, "Main teri dushman, dushman tu mera", and dimaag me, "Ungli main angoothi, angoothi me nagina"😆. Matlab uska 'maar do' ka scene banta usse pehle gharwali activate ho gayi jiski nazar gayi hand and then ungli pe, aur tai tai phisss ho gayi Jai ke plan ka, kyunku Bani ne maari googly. She may say that she doesn't care, but she remembers his actions, his words. Infact, she has an unconscious trust in certain things about Veer, firstly Veer will protect her at all costs, second, Veer will never remove that ring because he believes in this marriage. And frankly, so does she. Otherwise, it would not come to her mind to believe that. Did you guys see that? That is Naageshwari slowly losing her grip on Bani, cause whatever happened over the weekend was only and only Bani, uh uh, Veeranshu Singhania's Bani. Hmmm, baby steps, not too close and not too far. Let's see how this goes.
Meera's silent courage - Okay, I agree there is a certain mystery surrounding her character. But that does not mean that it has to be negative. She could be a positive character as well. She could be a human belonging to a special clan, she could be a Naagin, she could be just a simple human. Cause anyway there are too many supernatural creatures in the show. They could easily keep her a human. Woh kahawat hai na, "Shaant pani gehra hota hai". Meera is like that. On the surface, she appears as docile and calm, and beneath that surface, is a lot of courage, patience, and sensibility. She is complete temperance to Bani's otherwise volatile persona like Ganga was to Parvati. You know Kalyug hai to har kirdaar twisted hai, so don't take it literally, it is just my interpretation.
Shakura's shakiragiri - This was for you Dwipi😆. Okay, the guy has the guts to stand up to Veeranshu Singhania and fight him to take his wife. I mean isse kehte hai "kaate ki takkar". Kahaan apna Shakura, aur kahaan apna doodhwala. Peet peeche vaar kiye bina raha nahi jaata usse. Khair, manna padega, dum tha usme, seena thok ke maidaan pe utra and he faced Veer head-on, unlike Jai. Although I will miss DD and hope he returns for an Aakesh cameo (pleajjj makers), but Shakura was a memorable character and he will go down in the line of villains, who actually justified himself as a villain in someone else's story. RIP Shakura. We love you DD.❤️But kudos to Veer's oneliners, "Abbe tu Shakura ho ya gutter ka kuda".🤣
Veer, Shiv & Ram - Well, I have interpreted Veer many times as Shiv - someone who is off-beat, unconventional, shamshaanvasi, always high, quirky, different. Veer is totally Shiv. And we have Bani - conventional gharelu girl but headstrong, volatile and independent person, typical Shakti. Veer was Shiv today for his Shakti as well as Ram for his Sita. See, Veer has never tried to inhibit Bani's persona. He has always allowed her to take the lead, and only and only stepped in, when absolutely necessary. And that is the Shiv aspect speaking. That man was at his weakest, he was at his worst, and he still refused to utilize his supernatural strength there. You know why? Because a Cheel wasn't fighting a Cheel. A husband was fighting for his wife, her dignity, her respect. And that part was Ram. Ram was an ordinary mortal bound by his mortality, in spite of being an avatar and he fought for Sita, staying within those limitations and defeated Ravan, who was more powerful than him. Shakura was the Ravan defeated by Ram on a holy ground with Shiv and his trishul safeguarding both Bani and Veer. Veeranshu Singhania is a twisted Ram and a typical Shiv. I love this character.
Okay, so for once this weekend had nothing to pinpoint anything negative in my opinion. I enjoyed the episodes thoroughly over the weekend. No criticisms for this week. At least, not for me.
Observations & Predictions:
Firstly, I am sure Veer remembers his identity as Aakesh. Because uske behaviour me ek ajeeb si shaanti thi, jaise saare sawalon ke jawaab mil gaye ho. Like now he knows how to handle his wife. Bani wanted to clarify, but he just refused to hear clarifications. Frankly, she goes on loop, kaun ek hi baat sunega roz roz. Veer ko sab yaad hai. Lekin shayad he is keeping quite about the past and his supernatural identity, because Bani hasn't come clean and also he isn't sure whether she remembers her past or not. His dialogues had a dual meaning to them. When Bani asked why to promise not to meet Jai, "Wajah to hazaar hai lekin tumhare liye itna hi kaafi hai ki tum shaadishuda ho". Then when he told Ballu that, "Aapne usko Veer kaise samajh liya jab ki uski shakl alag thi." His attempts are very deliberate. Additionally, somewhere I felt uske andar jo tadap hai na for Bani, woh thoda thanda ho gaya hai. The intensity of his feelings were like volcanic lava, but kaise achanak se ekdum shaant pani ho gaya hai. Something has clicked with Veer, especially after the Shakura kaand.
As always, Veer is Shiv. He can guide Bani, but sab kuch ka pata usko khud lagana padega, cause he knows she would not believe him. Kya Veeranshu? Tu bhi Bholenath ki tarah ho gaya, hain. Ek to koi uss madbuddhi ki help nahi karta, aur tune bhi Bholenath and Guruma gang join kar liya hai, useful jawaab na dene ki. Tera kya karun me re. Underestimate mat kar gharwali ko, apne sawalon ke jawaab bhi dhund legi, aur kisi din tere sawalon ke jawaab bhi nikal legi, dekh lena.
Balwant, is not the real father. period. Kya makers?? Wahi 70s ka locha laaye ho. Asli maa baap qaid me, and sikka kisi aur ka chal raha hai. See, I had mentioned previously, that reincarnations never guarantee same relations. Karmo ke phal ke hisaab se janam hota hai. Jab woh Cheelraj tha, tab uske bahut saare kaale kartut rahe honge, isliye he is not Cheelraj. But he could be like a minion to the real Cheelraj and Cheelrani. Now, I understand why Teer was kept closed. Kyunki I feel he knew, and isliye usko pagal banake band rakha jata tha. And this also proves why is Veer so different from the other brothers. Kyunki Balwant ka beta hai Tapish, and Pawan ke bete hai Daksh, Monil and Pankaj, and they aren't even family. But his brothers surely love the guy, now is that because he is Cheelon ka Rajkumar or because they have that brotherly bond. Let's see, whether these brothers truly become brothers of another mother or rivals. I think Veer's parents were Shivbhakts and had no enmity with Naagvanshis, Ballu and Shukla ne raita phailaya hai. I think Adi Naagin will only sort this mess out.
Among the parents, the mother seems to stronger. It could be that the Cheels don't have a formal king, but a queen and her prince consort. Remember Yamini was Ritik's aunt. It could be Balwant is the brother to Cheelrani, whose sons are Veer and Teer. Infact, ye bhi ho sakta hai, ki junior Cheels saare ke saare, Cheelrani ke bete ho, and Balwant and Pawan never married. You never know. Matlab yahaan reverse kar diya ho. Cheelo ke ghar me kisi bhi aurat ke na hone ki yahi wajah ho sakti hai, that Balwant was not given the position of King, because his sister had superior qualities as a ruler, and hence he has a problem with women. Matlab Balwant bhi Jai ki tarah doodhwala nikla. hey bhagwan
Ye Jai ka kaand kab expose hoga who knows, but ye jo Ponky and Mayuri ka vivah ka natak hai ye kab khatm hoga? Hoga bhi ya nahi? Adi Naagin, kya kar rahi ho. Kuch to karo. Bahut din ho gaye kisiko na thoke huye. Ab to shubh shashigram karo. Kisiko to tapkayo. Pata nahi kiska patta katega. Kuch bhi samajh nahi aa raha.
Well, this time the take is shorter than I expected but has all that I enjoyed and observed. So, please share your views and comments!
Well I don't see Jay getting exposed this early. It might take some time or perhaps a long time who knows? Bani takes Veer's feelings for granted.
I want Veer to be cold-hearted now.Save the Aadi-Naagin at all costs from the evil trio of Jay-Morni and Shukla but don't wanna hear SWEETHEART SWEETHEART for her.
I don't want Jay to accept Bani this easily. There was an earlier serial which used to come on Colors where RV who transformed his life completely-a rags to riches story had a stubborn lover Ishani though not a Naagin like Bani but blindly believed her lover Chiraag.
Once it almost costs RV his life he completely became cold towards her and took his own sweet time to accept her in spite of loving Ishani more than his life.
If Bani still takes him for granted let her alone find out about Jay take her own time but until then let Veer show care but not love from his side for her.He has to deal with the Naagin truth in the future too.
Veer needs to be serious and cold towards Bani.Let her realise that what happens in the previous birth is not always necessary that it might get repeated in the present time.Hriday was a betrayer and that's why Jay is too.
Let Veer be like RV-protect her but don't show your real feelings for her.Its time for Veer to be expressionless for her.
RV maintained his distance from Ishani after being hurt.Ritik did the same but it was for a short while after being hurt by Shivanya.
Veer needs to follow the same pattern.Protect her but don't get close to Bani.Veer is a grey character so he can do this thing.
It's time for Veer to follow social distancing from Bani. While RV was completely numb towards Ishani Veer can be numb for Bani too.
Once Veer changes then Bani would realize the mistakes made by being judgemental towards her mate.
And that time Veer must not accept her love this easily.Ishani tried getting back RV but he never budged and so should not Veer.
Veer should not be like Mahir who accepted his judgmental Bela that easily.Veer has to be cold towards Bani.

Frankly, I don't know what will Veer do with Bani. I would be exasperated with a partner like Bani. I mean he chose a difficult partner for himself to spend his life with. He is also a crazy person. But he knows Bani feels strongly for him, but will not express it, and that exhausts him. And yes, he cannot stop being "Veer" because of Bani. He isn't changing a thing for Bani, and that's his personality. He will always be calling her "Sweetheart". He isn't RV. Being cold and numb isn't his style. Bani will have to love and accept him as he is, and it should be that way.
And Veer will always safeguard her, but he will not help her out for sure. Veer has never given clarification for anything, cause any honest person who believes he is not wrong will not clarify his position. So just like her Bholenath has left her to seek answers on her own, Veer too has asked her to seek answers on her own. Firstly, because she anyway would not believe him, and from his POV, why should he. So that way, I rest assured that Veer will not be giving any answers. And as far as Naagin truth is concerned, I believe he remembers and knows. He is much much smarter that way. Since they have shown him remember his past in his Cheel form, I believe he is hiding this reality for some bigger purpose. That still remains to be seen and we definitely need a Veeranshu+Aakesh monologue.
Bani has a lot of making up to do for spending so much time in revenge as baseless as her brain, not just as Adi Naagin but also as Bani Singhania. I mean I understand where she is coming from, but the revenge from the very beginning was stupid. She has no evidence to prove Veer had a hand in Noor or Naina's death or any other criminal activities. She can be angry and prove nothing. In the past, Aakesh was punished with death, so there isn't any point pulling it into another life in another time. It's stupid. Jai's truth will unfold slowly because I think she will start with what she knows first, Mayuri, and Shukla. She knows they too like Shakura report to someone. Additionally, she is aware that a Naagvanshi is out to kill her. So, now she has to start joining the dots. And Veer will be there when absolutely necessary, otherwise not. She is Adi Naagin for God's sake, she needs to know how to retaliate and play games. I am pretty much tired of the lack of murder and mayhem happening from the Naagin's side now. We are already 3 months into the show. There needs to be a killing now.
Okay, so I am the most useless person in the world, so I was rewatching the Sunday night episode again, and this time the focus was on Veeranshu vs Shakura fight. So for starters, we never received an explanation as to why Shakura took Aakesh's face. But I came up with an observation, hope you find it as interesting as I found it when I thought of it while watching.
So, when Veer was fighting Shakura, it gave me the impression of Veeranshu fighting his former self Aakesh. Of course, Veer is Aakesh, but Aakesh if we remember, as much as we admired him for the obsession, he was also dark, because he was literally forcing Naageshwari to be with him. During their first meeting, Aakesh literally tried to drag away Naageshwari and Hriday intervened. And then in the temple too, he was trying to force Naageshwari to come with him, but Naageshwari did not.
During this fight between Veer and Shakura, it was a fight between Veer's former dark side and Veer's present grey side. In Aakesh, the darkness was enhanced, but the feelings for Naageshwari were pure. In Veer, that darkness is softer, and feelings for Bani are enhanced. As always I say Veer is an upgraded Aakesh. But during this fight, Veer was fighting his own dark self in Shakura who wanted to possess Bani, like some object. Shakura too was dragging Bani to marriage, which Aakesh did with Naageshwari, dragging her with him. But Veer has light in him, his light which appeared weak, fought the strength of the dark Shakura, and in the end, light won, Veer won. And that was symbolized when Veer used the Trishul to stab Shakura. It was symbolic that Veeranshu killed his former dark side, that side to Aakesh that saw Naageshwari as an object, not a person. And now we have only Veeranshu who has light, who only loves Bani, and has no darkness or malintent.
Veer's love conquered the darkness he had, and thus Veeranshu rectified his former life's mistake and moved on from it. Veeranshu surely remembers his past, and now he has overcome an indiscretion he made as Aakesh, after remembering his previous life. Henceforth, Veeranshu will only win, because he has understood what he needs to do to make things right. This Veeranshu Singhania is definitely different.
Another thing I noticed is Shakura telling Veer, "Kamaal hai, mujhko dekh kar tu chauka nahi". I mean why will Veer be shocked? He is a cheel himself, so he should not be shocked looking at Shakura. Or Shakura had another meaning to that statement, or I am thinking too much. What do you guys feel?

i love this, i honestly think to some level, this scene was exactly that. it was veer fighting his former self. getting the obsessed version out and the one that looks at bani as a person, he's the real veer now. so much has changed since satyug, we really need to see some revelations now cause it'll start to get boring if they don't reveal stuff every week/other week.
This is an amazing post. Not just you my dear, even I'm watching Sunday's episode on repeat & still can't get enough of it. So many hints were scattered throughout the episode. I'm convinced that Veeranshu clearly remembers his past, his dialogues were equivocal -Originally posted by: libran90

His fight with Shakura was highly symbolic especially the part when he kills him with a Trishul - Veeranshu definitely has a strong connection with Shivji for sure - and there's no way in hell that he still doesn't doubt Bani's identity - he kills an ichchadhari cheel, his wife jumps out of a window of a floating house & lands up at the same spot where he was trapped inside a cage, and then Shakura follows her to that place - yeh sab kahin se bhi normal human beings ke bas ki baat nahi hai.

Obsessed to Veeranshu ab bhi hai, but obsessed in love, it has no darkness to it. The Veer I saw over the weekend was more stable, firm, peaceful, calm. His internal struggle has been silenced. This is called progress. Not like Bani, who wants to take revenge for something that transpired eons ago.Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaatttttt????????😲. Veeranshu knows his past, killing Shakura was killing the darkest shade of his obsessive persona and moved on. Ekdum, Maruti Swift hai humara Veer, aur makers ka execution bhi. Kissies and huggies from my end.🤗
