just quickly mentioning my fav dialogues of MJHT that i will never forget! kya pata kal ho naa ho ( i mean when i get chance again to cm online😆)
1.BY GOD!!!!!!!! - it just has to be no.1,nothing, nothing can replace this nupur bhushan sharma trade mark ...it is a part of my life now ..i use it all time...!!!!!!It has been said before but Nupur's has become the standard which can not be surpassed, for Rati's endearing delivery. I also loved those few times Mayank said it, Nupur ka asar!
2. woh safed ghoda ,phool aur aisi sau chezze kurbaan sirf us ek akdu nazar ke liye.aur woh akdu sadu ladka jo jitna mujhe gussadekhata haiutna pyar bhi karta hai..wohi mera raj hai.................how shoud i describe the beauty of theose words? i mean i can remember these lines word to word anytime, anywhere ....those words were Nupur ...& those words describe her mayank...her raj...every gals hv fantasy to hv that one sadu look which is reserved specially for her...these words touched that dream of every single gal i guess!!!!!!!That moment she finally understood love, love given for so long a time, witnessed but not understood.
3.baalo ko maat chuo- who can forget that cute one line by mayank? shilpa aunty & mayank's scene r immortalized by this!!!!!!Again said before but Arjun's manner and style just deleting all other examples and making this the legend that all others spring from EVEN if they came before.
4.tum sab ho per usse bhi jada tum mayank ho-again nupur & her heartbeat for mayank ( well i know now u r gonna say that practical thing here again😆)True, Mou's guide to Practical Romanticism. 😛

okk thats it for now...i hv to run now.but i will be back here & will keep bumping this thread as i hv too many of fav dialogues!!!!!!!😆
Take care sabah!!!!!!!Thank you for sharing Mou, love Sabah

this sequence had two of the most beautiful romantic lines..

NO 1. (0.30 ONWARDS)

M...ik larki sab se sundar apni shaddi wale din dikhti hai..dulhan k roop main...aur aj tumhara sab se sundar dulhan bane ka sapna sach hua hai..

what more does a bride wants?..compliments from her husband, and the husband complimenting her in the most dignified, graceful manner ever possible...*sigh*

NO 2 (1.10 onwards)

M..tum chahe kuch bhi kaho, main janta hon k tumhare dil karta hai k main tumhari tareef karta rahon, karta rahon, karta rahon..

BULLS EYE...that is what every girl wants..

the dialogues brought life to fiction...hats off...

OK ONE MORE...(3.57 ONWARDS)

N...ik baat bolon...tum itne burey bhi nahi ho, jitna bane ki koshish karte ho...haan zubaan k thore karwe zaroor ho,
magr gurr se bhi methey ho...

i dont think anything can define MAYANK SHARMA better than this...

Sabah......
goodness i m out of words here for really the scenes u choose in the update are indeed some of the most beautiful moments in MJHT esp the play scene is one i adore Gunjan' confession - esp when she says meri galti.. sirf meri galti i swear i cried when i heard those lines and still do

this post Sabah truly deserves applause for not only celebrating some of the most beautiful words ever heard.. but also written - i dont know if you have realized it yet or not Sabah but honestly you have done an amazing job by making this post - which in a way is the recognition of the work of a person who sadly goes unnoticed in the making of such an amazing product - the dialogue writer

had it not been the genius of that man who got the nuisances of each and every character right .. got them perfectly down to the minutest details which always made it feel only he/she could have spoken this ... those words werent just penned down Sabah they were penned down especially keeping in mind the character who mouthed them - hats off to Mr Kewalya - as its his work i am seeing being featured here over all every scene a masterpiece thanks to his words full of beauty that added to the joy and charm of those fictional characters we came to love and adore - making them have a special place in our hearts forever 😳

mjht dialouges alwayz.....were rocking, this scene of mayank and nupur is so...touchy and close to my heart....where mayank starts expressing his feelings through varun Yes, Tamana Mam's advice bearing zesty fruits.

Let's watch again.

M:tumhari sau galthiyaan maaf agar tum woh kehdo jo tumhare dil mein hai,ek so ek galthiya toh mujshe hue hain, toh maafi toh mujhe mangni chahiye

unn lamho kay liye, jinhe hum kho chuke hain, galatfaimiyon kay wajah se jin mein hum door rehchuke hain,ab aur waqt zaya nahin karthe..

N:pehle unn galatfaimiyon ko door karle..

M:door nahin mitta dete hain..yahi teek hai..

N:itne dino se ekatta hote aa rahen hai..itne aasani se mitjayegay kya...

Thank you for this translation, because I could never make out what Nupur says here, 'ekatta hote aa rahen hai' what is ekatta? 😳

she turns...

M:tum hamesha palat kar jathi ho...par ab nahin..

N:main hamesha sochti thi, kabhi toh tumhe meri zaroorat mehsoon hoti hogi, kabhi kabhi aisa lagtha tha kay iss intezar mein, main aapne

aapko kho na dunh..

M:tum itni keemthi ho tumhe khone kaise detah..

tum hawayoon mein guljathi ,toh gehri saason mein tumhe paaletha..

tum paani mein guljathi, toh hatheyli mein tumhe uttaletha..

aur agar khona hi hain..toh meri baahoon mein khojaoo...

Haan, I loved these lines of Mayank too, just exquisite.

Again a little help, 'toh hatheyli mein tumhe uttaletha' what is an Hatheyli?😳

Truly, even though rehearsed using words written by others, maybe even for others, this moment's intensity is such that I hold my breath even in the spaces between syllables left for respite and rest.

beautiful lines....expressed too beautifully after watching mayur..."aankhe nam toh zaroor ho jayengay...." Thank you for sharing. Love Sabah

Regardless, I am glad you posted upon my last thread. Thank you.

Yes MJHT has had some of the real Good Liners - then be it Mayank, Samrat, Gunjan or Our Miss Morena Express who could go Non-Stop, Nupur.
Some of the Best Dialogue's were during the Period of this time when the Morena Sisters were on the resposibilty of thier Mr. Right. The Ahmedabad Trip for MN and the Secret Friend Track for SG. I simple love and adore this period of MJHT and this has had the best of Dialogue's and Scene''. And somewhere i feel the Dialogue's did play an important role in the characters's characterisation. True, words fit people, that is why when you try using someone else's, something doesn't feel right, like a little boy wearing his father's blazer, or little girl in her mother's heels. MJHT tailor made dialogues that fitted to accentuate each character's flaws and strengths which endeared us to them.

Nupur - The aaj ki Ladki. Straight-forward and blunt. She said what she felt was right then be it right or wrong for others. Most of her lines were those Filmy dialogue's which did say how Filmy she was. Some showed the Nautanki and also Naughty side of her.I personally loved her 'morena' style words, country girl lines. That 'oh, woh wala 'HANG OUT' humare laihaz toh kaproh ko hang out karte hai, hum nahin.'
Mayank - Mayank was sadu, so we never saw him saying Flowery things. It was more so sarcastic. Though he mellowed down later but thn he still did hold his saduness in his way of talking. For me Mayank was the Sadu but he kept that sweet side of his AKA Mayu only for his special woman in his life, his mother and then later on his special girls, his mother and wife.
Samrat - The Meetha Pan. Being the Cool dude his dialgue's were reflecting to his Character. The "Yo" and "I'm Cool attitude just flew along with his Looks and his attitude. My Fav wud be his conversation with Nupur about Gunjan or whatsoever. They were just so Real. I loved Nupur's description of him, 'meethi paan aur woh bhi bilko golgan wala (what is golgan? Like supari? 😳
however I prefer her description here @1:49

'Samrat bhi seeda saada ladka hai, lekin bilkol super sweet jalebi ke tara, that gol mol hand movement, I think she says the same later on somewhere but I can't remember.

Gunjan - Being the Shy girl she did'nt have much of the talking initially. And that what she did was plain n simple just like her. The Cv's made sure they give her the shyness and reserved nature and they did that on through her dialogue's too. She spoke less and when she did it was to the point. She had quality over quantity. I still remember her earthquake of a retort to Samrat's 'You don't want to be famous? Why not? "What has being famous gained you?"
Uday - He was the dodo so his dialogue's mostly said how dumb he was and so he was also called Dodo my everyone. But then they did show the vulnerable side of him during some crucial tracks. My favourite Uday moment is when he tells Sheena that Samrat and Gunjan belong together. Just superb.
Dia - The Diva of College. She had to have that British accent in her walks and talks and that was well potrayed by Navina. I would say more American attitude than English, but regardless she did for Diva what Mayank did for mommy's boys. I have to say this character had good variations in the show. From the Diva, The Rude Sister to the Warm Hearted Sister and Friend. It was all well done
Benji - Best Friend to all. And the best has to be Samrat. The dialogue's which we had between these 2 were natural and real. It was the one's which we hear or talk in our day to day life. Finally someone who may understand. Whenever people asked me my favourite jodi of MJHT, I would say Mayu and his mom, GunUr and then Samrat and Benji, they would reply in shock, mouth open, What? Even over MN and SG. How can I explain that liking for a depth of friendship detailed in history. I loved Benji's concern during Samrat jail track, Abhishek was excellent, the way he hugs Mayank at the end, for helping his friend. Just so natural, wholesome and enchanting.
Shilpa Aunty was the Modern Day Mother India. a Good combination of Mother and a Friend. And her dialogue's would also show variations just like her Role did. Being a single mother she was shown to be confident and a Good judge too.I loved MJHT for giving credit of the gentleman Mayank was to his mother. Just magnificent.
In all
I miss MJHT IN WHOLE again.
Why you guys make such topics which just leaves us in tears😭
The best consequence of MJHT, is its legacy, that inspiration that ignites within us all to be the best, to strive for the essence of each of the character's you mentioned above, whether Nupur's love of life, Mayank's diligence, Samrat's optimism, Gunjan's honesty, Uday's humility, Dia's reform, Benji's loyalty and Shilpa Aunty's grace.

How can we cheer for Gunjan, Samrat and play the part of Sheena in real life, why do want to belong to a MN love and yet be Bui to someone else's?

Thank you for sharing, Love Sabah

There are so many dialogues that have become a part of our lives..By god is a phrase, thats become a part of our conversations ...I love the der aaye durust aaye line and its so apt when I'm late for anything.. 😆..Both of these were a part of my life before MJHT, in that people around me said them frequently, but ever since MJHT I can not help but smile when I hear them, that extra twinkle, a secret between me and my heart.

I m fond of the way Nupur said muft mein chandan tho ghis mere nandan You will be happy to know, hopefully, that since your lesson, I have managed to 'correctly, use it in conversation. :)
Some conversations and parts of others are memorable...
I find the date pe beach, beach pe date [/] convo between Mayank and Mom endearing.. True, MJHT created some conversations where the context brought out hidden nuances of words which before seemed ordinary, forevermore extraordinary.
Between Mayank and Nupur...
[I] uski bade bade is raat jaisi kaali ankhen in the terrace scene...Mayank actually described how much he loved Nupur's eyes though he was in denial about his love for her..I told you we are more similar in form. Same pinch! 😆 I loved that exact line of Mayank's too.
woh safed ghoda woh phool aisi sou cheezen kurban us akdu nazar keliye
aur woh akdu aur sadu ladka jo jitna gussa dikhata hai..utna pyaar bhi kartha hai ..
This is very touching coming from Nupur, considering she said she was ready to give up her dreams for that one "akdu" look...I think it was the most heartfelt confession...much better than an I love u...I am a scribe by profession and you learn that to sell a person, a place or idea, you have to deal with specifics. If I say i love you, I have to qualify it too, by my definition of love, by my past actions bordered by the parameters of that definition. Her confession is most honourable indeed.
N- darr gaye the?
M - marr gaya tha..
The diwali scene where she is ill and he gets worried...the utter concern comes thru in the lines and the way it was said. The death of heartache and resuscitating heartbeat resounding in one moment.
N- kyun ki mein tumhari nupur hoon..
kyunki mein tumse bohot pyaar karthi hoon Mayank
M - marr gaya tha tumhare bina..
N- mein tho marr bhi nahi paayee
I love this convo ..the time Nupur tells him its her ,,his Nupur..there is not much melodrama, they have understood all along..that declaration was just acceptance ..nothing more.
mein tumhari madat karoonga nupur.. uski wajah sirf ek hai..
sirf.. tumhareliye...
The basketball scene where he agrees to help her only for her..its an intense moment ..
...there are so many more..will be back :DThank you for sharing Divya. Love Sabah
