dear a performa will be send to u...........according to your answers ..........and seeing u here and there.........that perfforma is filled by many.........but only a few are selected............dear i think u should try for viewbie or coolbie first...........directly mod ke liye select nahi hogi...............its big thing.......and a mod post comes with burden of responsibility............u have to be online most of the time...........have to do hardwork.........like checking updates are done or not..........making creations gallery.........closing the posts...........giving every new news to forum members..................making collection of all the episodes with the video links and written update.............have to deal with all the members.........all the posts in the forum.........and u will recieve enormous no of pms regarding problems.........solving all those and all.........and yup u cant be a mod or viewbie if u have got a pm warning by any of the mod...........
