Pratiksha Lonkar is perfect as Jijabai. The actresses playing Soyarabai and Putalabai are right fit in their roles. Liking the young Sambhaji too. The boy is cute yet fierce.

it was difficult to accept him as shivaji maharaj as amol himself had imprinted as shivaji maharaj on our mind through RSC. shantanu is bit taller compare to amol but his acting made accepted him as you said his body language diallogue delivery voice modulation everything is very good.

after muranal accepted pratiksha as jijau she looks elder and matured and doing gr8 as jijau

all cast is very good. like shambu n yesu

sadly all don't like historical

i liked it and curious about sambhaji maharaj want to read chhava but couldn't so watching this show online

now purander taha going on n shambhu raje is in mughal chhavni as jameen

he had gave check mate to mirza raje in chess

loving this show very much.

but really, it must have been very very painful to shivaji raje (in reality)...ki purandar chya taha madhe apan itkya mehanatine jinkalele sarva kille mirza raja la dyayache and chotya sambhaji la tikde olis thevayche. kharach khup kathin and very painful.

has anyone over here watched "Raigadala jevha jaag yete" and "Ithe oshalala Mrutyu" natak???
both are very very beautifully written plays.

Raygadala Jeva Jag Yete pahile ahe. It gives you goose bumps!!

And I remember the small excerpts from it in Marathi textbooks in school :)

Yes Pratiksha looks bit elder compared to Mrunal and it is advantage only because she has to play older, matured version of Jijabai which she suits perfectly to.

They are showing historical events without murdering history.

There will be many tracks to look forward to, Agra escape, Maharajancha Rajyabhishek, Sambhaji-Dilerkhan, Samarth Ramdas Sambhaji meeting. I am waiting to watch all of them.

yes its very painful but tyani khup sanyam thevla ani itarana thevayla lavla

but jijau worried for shambu raje this as she had bad experience of her father n brother killing
