I think MD will handle him quite well. One tight slap and drag him to principals office at the first instance of lukkagiri. That is what I expect. No more dragging it for 6 months. And no more trying to be "understanding of his feelings" etc. Hope the CV's have learnt from the bashing that they got from the public for the Vichitra prakaran.
