it is a ploy .. usne mannat se achche se baat kiya and then goes on to tell her that chutti le sakte ho but agar liya to uska paisa kaatega and the rules were made by vikku and aish and it will nainsaafi to others if she gets an unpaid leave and mannat goes to work since she has a lot of paisa to jhukaofy

Malla's response, I always help Mannat, once I didn't help Mannat what is the problem . So Malla thinks she was doing a favor for Mannat and not as a friend, good that this came out
