i am just wondering will it go as per madhur bhandkar's movies which usually depicts the highs and lows of the industry...

bang on dude 👏 seriously 👍🏼...and also the way in which the hierarchy within the film industry is highlighted is beautiful..they are showing EVERYTHING indeed..tirshkoo wanted to be in the system to change when she was a child as roma was humiliated and drawn to tears for Trishkoos sake in front of her own eyes..and remember she decided that day that i am going to take the place of that idiotic heroine and you will standing there with me with not a single person daring to point a finger at you..we will get our honor back..but then the way reality is shown of how when your in the system to change it..sometimes the system changes you is beautifully shown through trishnaa..how she scolded roma and told her to call that sick bitto "ji" was astonishing and said a million things. 👍🏼

I think they should show the negative aspects too. Because though it is not a social issue based show, some people will take lessons from it too. So they should not show all bed of roses and like Trishna has Roma, not all will have supporting people in their life, who will guide her.
We have thousands of people coming to Mumbai the dream city to make it big in this industry. So these people will get interested in the show and watch. So if it is shown as promised about the cinema, then they should show the highs and lows of the industry. From that they can be more prepared and ready for the lows of the industry.

@ISADORA- the madhur bhandarkar line..is exactly what was playing on my mind..in fact doesn't Trishnaa in a way remind you of Meghna Mathur from Fahsion? How she came with an ambition of course but for the better but how the system and glamour of the fashion world changed her instead and made her lost into this illusion that led to her downfall? i don't know but i can see lots of drawn similarities between meghnaa and tishkoo..but i guess unlike meghnaa , trishkoo won't make it. and you know what? Bittoo's attitude reminded me of that gay fashion designer in Fashion who insulted Meghnaa for her first show stopper show that she was dismissed from..you know the he said " bikh jaaogi phir bhi yeh dress nahi kahreed paoogi" 🤢..of course Bitto is less ruthless and cruel compared to that guy who used to say "spare me the horror" all the time 😆..but i don't know there are many similarities , you are spot on right.👍🏼

Guys,

The makers can show the underbelly of the entertainment industry but it depends on what the channel will ALLOW to show. Usually , we are told not to give out a judgmental or negative impression - sugarcoat it, of you want but no judgmental bitterness.

The entertainment industry is not that bad a place. It has the good, the bad , the ugly , like any other industry. Seriously.

Exactly , i was thinking on same lines whether the channel will allow for such vast exploration, it would definitely be a bold step.
Yes as u said every industry has it high and low , i myself work in a software industry...i see all types of people around here in a similar manner.
Hope my post did not create any misunderstandings.

totally agree,,it depends on what channel want to show,, the indian audience like the shows only when there is high drama in the show,, i think it is necessary to show highs n lows of industry,, we have been educated about the industry through movies like dirty picture fashion,,om shanti om and these movies have been accepted well by the industry and audience,, so i think the now the makers can show the insight of the industry by sugar coating it,, not everybody who comes to mumbai can become a shahrukh khan or amitabh bachan(i took their names because they have not come from film background),,i would love to see their struggle of making it there and also those who failed of making it in the industry,,
i would love to see a track of fashion too,,
