i agree with you, roohani. when he heard of tulsi's death, he just died inside and everything lost meaning for him after nandani left him. so drowned in sorrows, he stopped caring and focused all of his concentration on just his business. he has said repeatedly AFTER THE LEAP who he truly loves.

anyways, everyone should really look at today's episode and all confusions will be cleared about who does karan love and cannot live without!
