I think that when Meera spoke with Tulsi Maa on the phone yesterday....she was probably telling Tulsi that she is Pregnant with Mihirs Kid. Remember that Mandira tricked Mihir when they met and said that she was preg with mihirs kid...i think that Meera might be playing the same trick.....but instead of playing the trick on Mihir meera is using tulsi to ensure that they will never b together. Meera knows that Tulsi is very "PROUD" and will not accept mihir....anyways this is just my guess what do you think???
