Tbh I m looking forward to this track if they introduce it.

Unfortunately Tulsi of S1 had very bold traits while Tulsi of S1 is meek and easily forgiving

He won't throw his laadli bitiya. Instead he will ask her to live with him and give Chapri another chance to do chaprigiri.

Perhaps the difference lies in how this situation is not something that Mihir has an easy get out pass from. He met Mandira while he had lost his memory so he had no idea he was married and so he cannot be blamed for encouraging her or sending her any mixed signals knowingly. When he hid that he knew she was alive that is explained partially by his confusion regarding how to handle that situation given she had saved his life and he felt indebted to her and she pretended to have lost her mental faculties owing to his rejection or the fact that her fake pregnancy was exposed which she claimed she had done only because she loved him and couldn’t handle the thought of losing him. For no fault of his, he felt guilty and by the time he could have made up his mind he had already slept with her and later discovered she was pregnant with his child so that door was shut until Tulsi discovered them in Australia years later.

Here he has no excuses. Here he has literally encouraged Noyna. He never compared Mandira with Tulsi to show Tulsi down which he did here. He repeatedly made Noyna feel better, important and superior as well as more in sync with him than Tulsi.

That’s on him entirely.

Most importantly, this is tackling a very serious and sensitive issue though the topic remains the same. There are so many cases of husbands cheating on their wives out there but it gets worse when the wife is older. She’s gained weight post pregnancies, she’s not as kept together as she might have been when she first got married in her youth.

There’s this whole situation that makes older men seem more attractive despite their age, looks if they’re rich and successful; women don’t enjoy that luxury. Older women despite their fame, success and wealth will still be not seen as attractive. When they do try to enhance their looks via cosmetic treatments and dying their hair etc. they’re still accused of being plastic and fake. In short there’s no winning for women. Look at Jeff Bezos, he’s old and bald but he still gets remarried and no one bats an eye. But they all call his wife a golddigger for taking 50 percent of his wealth in alimony conveniently forgetting she spent her youth helping him set up the company and is as much a reason for its success as he is but apparently she’s a monster for wanting her share when she is being ditched in this age by her husband for a woman who well looks like his new wife does.

A younger Tulsi could have started over again and remarried perhaps but as a grandma, a woman who is at least 60, will she think that? Getting cheated on in this age hurts worse because you know life and time is not on your side, you have lost your youth; worse you spent it on the same person who discarded you like yesterday’s newspaper.

So while the issue remains the same - there’s still cheating involved. Tulsi getting cheated on in her 20’s, discovering it in her 40’s; and Tulsi getting cheated on in her 60s is a different thing. It’s basically having to live through two versions of the same hell for her.

This was the best SPA ever. Hands down. You should watch the whole skit with the Khichdi team - they were savage and so hilarious at the same time. They didn’t spare a single SP show on at the time and took a dig at everyone including Ekta.

They legit got Urvashi to change the style of sindoor she was applying as Komolika after that show because she was putting sindoor in a triangle shape at the time and they compared it with the symbol used in the ads of family planning made by the then government smiley37 Urvashi was so embarrassed and turned red there and then but she was a sport and laughed too. Then there was this show called Des Mein Nikla Hoga Chaand, they mocked its title song and the heroine herself for acting like she’s having an asthmatic attack every time the hero comes close to her smiley37

I wish somebody speaks up if he us ready to forgive Pari what is stopping him to extend the favour to Angad too. Pari remained quite while Mihir and then Tulsi were getting arrested ..atleast Angad wasn't selfish to land them in jail but I know Tulsi wouldn't be this assertive. Pari was so happy in precap so she got all what she wanted from Mihir.

I knew the day Mihir kicked Angad out and pointedly used that adopted barb at him that Pari will not let it slide and she didn’t disappoint at all. She uses this card before anyone else can use it on her to ensure no one else can rightfully hold her accountable for her actions and her mistakes. She uses reverse psychology to play the victim card here to make it seem everyone will ditch her in a heartbeat if she’s wrong not because she’s wrong but because she’s adopted.

Someone really ought to tell Pari about Ansh. Being Tulsi’s own flesh and blood son didn’t help him either when he crossed a line.

The issue is that with Ansh there was a line that was drawn and crossed, unfortunately it was only clear after the worst was done.

With Pari things are murky because she clearly isn’t going to commit the same crimes as Ansh so the lines are hazy. She’s using the adopted and I know this will be controversial perhaps “girl/woman” card.

Even when Tulsi and everyone else knows she’s wrong they’re not able to do much in terms of punishing her because she’s good at manipulating them into thinking she’s made mistakes owing to them and any kind of punishment she gets would be a result of her being an adopted child, a girl, someone weaker (as she implied with the bank account balance barb yesterday) rather than for her own behaviour coming back to bite her in the form of karma.

I genuinely don’t want Tulsi and Mihir to punish her at this point. I want life to do that to her. Kyunki has never shied away from raising social issues and taboo subjects, well if the writers are lurking around on the forum and this topic in particular I have a suggestion for them. Let Ranvijay and Pari be married and let him cheat on her too. Only, his cheating shouldn’t be limited to one woman alone as is the case with Mihir (though it’s one woman at a time) but Ranvijay should be shown as frequenting red light areas and in the process infecting Pari with HIV too.

Her punishment should be harsh, horrific and severe as well as seem inescapable. Ansh was a horrible son to his parents but he had not been raised by them, he was their son in only flesh and blood but was raised by Aditya Gujral and was his son in truth in all the ways that mattered and made him who he was.Pari is not Mihir and Tulsi’s biological child but she has been raised by them; yet her core is rotten and hence her punishment should be as severe as possible but should equally feel like a vicious trap she’s laid out for everyone who tries to call her out on her actions. Any punishment given by her parents will inevitably be mellowed down after a while owing to love and affection parents have for their kids but one by fate wouldn’t have any mercy.

I don't think she is going to suffer. She and her Ran will make the life hell for Viranis may be even throw them out of SN

So ultimately it is suffering for Tulsi only who has no fault in it.

Yes, being cheated on always leads to suffering and in this case Tulsi has literally done nothing both the time to deserve what happened to her.
