Sonakshi's father gives good advise to Dev...he should listen to him and introspect on it.

Ayush seems to like Sona and wants to bond with Soha. He'll have a good time ahead now that Dev's mother has decided to not smother him with extra attention.

Now that the kid swap issue is solved...makers should focus on what was shown in the promos. Just coz Ayush is back...the issues between Sonakshi and Dev should not be shown as solved. That would be stupid coz Ayush was not the reason for the distance in their relationship. Let's see what's next.

Is this a finite series? How many episodes will be there in S3...any idea?

Many In laws do thar mistake “ insulting & finding faults i DIL and SIL and show it infront of the children , most of the time children hate it .

Nice episode. Quite liked the balance. Given enough time and space, people tend to assess their own behavior. Sona and Dev together can handle most of these things, with Ishwari in the mix things tends to get tangled.

Now that Ayush is almost integrated into the family, even if the DNA test is negative, DEvakshi will probably adopt him. Hope the makers keep up the positivity and do some justice to the forgotten sisters of the Dixit family and shower some Ishu love on them too🤪

Even I am missing Neha, Riya and Nikki. They were also joined the show in the season. But, wonder why are they missing.

Also, soon Delhi shooting might end and they would shift to Silguri.

Dev's sisters will be seen in the Raksha Bandhan celebration episodes.

The shooting for the show is done at a set in Mumbai only. They have never done any shooting in Delhi. They opted to shoot in Silguri for a few weeks because of the lockdown restrictions in Mumbai due to Covid. Now that there is no restrictions, they will continue shooting at the krpkab sets in Mumbai.

I agree!! I share the same opinion as expressed by you above in bold & was going to pen down the same in my post too but didn't want to make the post too long hence restricted myself only to the part of how that Ishwari's sleeping pills incident could have been avoided.😅

ishwari will never change. Even now though she has accepted Sona as her son's wife, her insecurities about being the most important person in her son's life still remains the same hence her ceaseless taunts to Sona questioning her motherhood. By constantly belittling Sona & her role as a mother to kids, Ishwari feels a sense of gratification in affirmation of herself as the best mother a child could have & it also acts as a constant reminder ( more of an indirect emotional blackmailing) to Dev about her sacrifices & the difficulties she faced while bringing up her children. As she herself admitted in season 1, there is an inherent goodness in Sona which scares her as she feels that it is this quality which may result in Dev transfering his love & affection to Sona & making her the most important person in his life. She wants Dev's love reserved exclusively for her and doesn't want or rather is not willing to understand that there is a vast difference in the kind of love a man feels for his mother & wife & that loving Sona will never lessen his love for her as his mother.There is an underlying fear & insecurity in her that she may not measure up to that goodness in Sona. Ishwari has always taken great pride in assuming that she is an excellent mother to her kids & that is one area which she feels Sonakshi will never match up to her. In addition to it, there is a generation gap at play too. She feels a good mother is one who smothers a child with love, pampers them by doing all their work, showing over the top care & concern etc. Basically she thinks a good mother is the one who knows what is the best for her child without even the child expressing it verbally. Hence she finds it difficult to understand why Sonakshi prefers to give space to her children & allows them to express their opinions, likes & dislikes without forcing her likes on them. She lets them be them & not what she wants them to be. Ishwari till date hasn't realized how toxic her obsessive love for Dev is & how much destruction it has caused in each of her children's life.

Apparently it is supposed to be a finite series. Most probably it may run for 6 to 8 months. Most of Sony's shows have gone off air after 8 to10 months. Of course, if Krpkab manages to get a good trp they may continue for a further period.

Even the 1st season was supposed to be a finite series of 7 to 8 months duration but seeing the popularity of Devakshi & the show, it was extended.& we got to see the 7 year separation & the post leap story.😅
