Was watching episode 43 & 44, after seeing the new spoiler related to what might be aired on June 14th, as I felt that it is happening where Sona met with an accident. While watching, one thing that caught my notice is, just before the accident Sona had started opening up with Dev. But, unfortunately she met with the accident and we all know Sona's realisation of her love happens just after it and from that point onwards, we see Sona stopped sharing anything about herself with Dev, which she is still continuing. What was more interesting were Dev's one liner requests to Sona to bring her back to her senses and I felt to list it out here, because those requests are significant in the current context too.
Miss Bose ankhein kholo; Miss Bose look at me.
Open your eyes Sonakshi.
Damn it; Sona open your eyes. Listen to me now.
Dr. Bose, wake up Dr. Bose.
Sonakshi...God, damn it. Sona jago. Aankhein kholo.
Sona, mein tumse baath kar raha hoon.
Mein tumara Bose hoon; tum meri baath sunogi. Bas, Tume thodhi der himmat rakhni hein. Ambulance aate hi hongi.

Finally, Sona starts showing her pain and then the first question Dev asks is
Sona, Sona, Kya hua? Bahut dard ho raha Hai? and then comforts her & asks her to be brave.
And then when again she falls unconscious, he calls her and when she doesn't respond, he deliberately pulls out his hand from hers, to which she opens her eyes. And then Dev says talk to me; baath karo mujse; aankhein khuli rakho aur batao ki jis ladke ki kahaniyan mein sunaayi vo kaun he to which, Sona even in her unconscious state identifies the real Dev.
And during all this conversation the words Sona says are Ranganaathan, kitna bhaaga tha, kyun? And finally says, aage...
Doesn't all these making some sense?
Hope Dev will be able to wake up the Sona who had shut herself out from him, this coming 14th and we all we see a new refreshing Sona thereafter
