Part - 50

After one hour Prem came to conscious. Doctors checked him. Doctor called Heer and Preet in. Heer and Preet went inside. Doctor went out saying 'he is alright. Sometimes it happens like that. Nothing to worry. Let him take rest for an hour. Then you can take him home.' Preet thanked the doctor.

Heer sat next to him with tears. Prem got up and sat on the bed. He looked around and sensed he is in the hospital. He looked down at his body. He smiled. Preet and Heer confused and looked at each other. Heer 'Prem, why are you smiling?'

Prem with a smile 'after such a bad accident i didn't got a single scratch on my body. Really I'm lucky.' Heer and Preet looked at him with confusion.

Preet 'PB, you fainted in the office.'

Prem 'no Preet I remember very well. One car hit my car in a high speed. I was almost thrown out of the car. but I saw blood on my head.' He touched his head and gave unbelievable look 'how it is possible? Not a single drop of blood.'

Heer and Preet understood that Prem got his memory back. 'Prem, it happened 4 months back.'

Prem shocked 'fooooour months.' Heer nodded with a sad face. Prem 'so I was in unconscious for 4 months.'

Preet sat near his legs on the bed. 'yes PB, foooour months. You did all the foolish things during that time but in conscious.'

Prem 'foolish things?'

Heer placed her hand on his 'Prem, you was in the hospital for one month. you lost your memory.'

Preet with sad face 'worst thing is you forgot Bhabi and Chahat.'

Prem sat straight on the bed and looked at Heer, who is in tears now. 'Prem. I'm happy that you got your memory back now.'

Prem still in confusion 'What?' he looked at Heer 'how can I forget my Heer? What else I did?'

Preet 'what else you didn't do? you called the headache back.' Preet saw Prem's confusion increasing 'PB, you called Sanjana back and decided to send Bhabi out of your life saying she is Anjali.'

Prem shocked 'what? No no how can I live without my Heer and Chahat. Heer tell me what happened?' he looked at her face 'don't hide anything.'

Heer and Preet told what happened during his memory loss. Prem is in tears and looked at Heer he pulled her into his arms 'I'm sorry Heer. I sorry.' Heer happy with tears and hugged him tightly.

Prem pushed her gently and looked into her eyes 'Heer, tell me the truth. I know that you stayed in the slum with a name Anjali. how Sanjana know that you are Anjali?' he waited for Heer to react but she didn't. she stayed quiet.

Prem 'So the voice informed about my movements is Sanjana right?'

Prem urged 'Heer, tell me. Why you left me two years back?'

Heer struggled but Prem cupped her face and made her look into his eyes. Heer doesn't have any other option. She cannot hide anything when his eyes looks into hers. She told how Sanjana tried to kill him? How Heer left him to save him from Sanjana? How she met Sanjana again? How Sanjana asked her help to trap Prem thinking she is Anjali?' he hugged her.

Prem 'why you didn't try to tell me that you are my wife?'

Preet explained how Sanjana came with negative DNA test and confused him.

Prem surprised 'how it is possible? Chahat is my daughter then how come DNA result can be negative.'

Preet 'she might have changed it. you totally believed her. And she used the telephone converation also to confuse you more.'

Heer wiped Prem tears 'later you accepted me as your wife. But Sanjana still thinks you are thinking I'm Anjali and you are acting to me to get your property rights from me.'

Preet laughed 'you both always enjoyed secret romance. That is the thing works out for you.'

Prem 'then who is that Rishab? You told somewhere middle.'

Preet clapped 'now only you're Prem Juneja.' Prem gave a confusion look. Preet 'PB, when you lost your memory, you lost your brain also. You simply danced to Sanjana's tune without thinking properly.'

Heer 'Rishab is cousin of Sanjana's friend. But he is the back bone for all Sanjana's plans.' Prem is quiet for sometime. Heer feared that Prem will again get headache and go back to the memory loss period.

Prem broke the silence and calmly 'let us continue the drama in front of Sanjana. I have to chase that devil out.' Preet got up and went to meet the doctor. Heer leaned on to Prem shoulder. They stayed quietly until doctor came in and allowed them to go home after few more check ups.

Balwant informs Ash 'Prem has lost his memory. I came to know today only through one of the person from the hospital.'

Ash jumped joy 'so now Prem will believe whatever I say.'

Balwant 'yes. you can take this opportunity to confuse him. one more thing is that Heer is staying with him in his house as requested by his parents.'

Ash 'that is why she is so proud and acts as if she is the owner of Juneja Empire.'

Balwant 'Lalit believes her and given all the rights to her. I couldn't collect any information about her. all the Juneja mansion servants are very loyal and not willing to reveal the family matters.'

Ash 'don't worry. I'll soon confuse Prem and make him fall for me.'

When Prem came to mansion with Heer and Preet, Sanjana came to him 'Prem, I heard that you went to hospital.' Prem is surprised. 'Who passed the information to her?'

Gaya3 and Lalit gave a fearful look Gaya3 'Prem' Preet interrupted 'Ma. PB is alright now. He got head ache and now he is okay. They took few test and found nothing wrong.'

Lalit asked Heer to take Prem to their room. Prem walked quietly. He picked up Chahat who came running calling 'Papa'. He kissed her cheek with tears. She leaned on to his shoulder. They went upstairs. Sanjana followed them.

Prem sat on the bed keeping Chahat on his lap. Sanjana came in. Heer turned to other side as if she is arranging something on the closet. Sanjana looked at Heer 'Heer, you go to office. I'll take care of Prem.' she said as if she is the wife of Prem. She sat on the bed near Prem. Chahat gave an angry look to Sanjana. She touched Sanjana's shoulder and pointed the door. Prem smiled and hugged Chahat. Heer went down to get something for Prem.

Sanjana 'Prem, this is not good. Still you are staying with this Anjali. how long? This Chahat makes me mad. She never allows me to come to you.'

Chahat didn't allow her to continue. She started hitting Sanjana's face with her palm. She screamed 'goooooe way.' Sanjana got angry and stormed out slamming the door loudly. Chahat smiled and lean on to Prem's shoulder. Prem leaned on the board keeping Chahat on his chest. He closed his eyes thinking 'what a big mistake? how I'm going to save my Heer and Chahat form this devil?'

Awesome. So finally Prem got his memory back. Waiting to know how he is going to drive that devil out. Plz update soon
