Thank you Opti..Ishan's torn jeans reminded me of all those discussions about Shabir's taste for them in real life..😆! That is one of the reasons I brought them into my story. My little research in the net showed that in 1984 the jeans in vogue were the tight fitted designer jeans so couldn't use it for my past scene. Since Ishan looks like Milind (read Shabbo) I settled for the next best alternative!
Suhana is a a real mischief.! Oh yes, she is!I like the way you narrated Ayesha's life so well in this chapt, brief yet we got the gist. ThanksSo she was apprehensive about marrying Neev. and age being the factor to with him being the junior, well I think they are well suited to each other, and Neev comes across as understanding about the fact that she cannot concieve. Neev is a gem of a person, well suited for the strong willed Ayesha for he is perfect foil, being mild mannered himself.Hopefully they will adopt the children thayt they are sponsoring the the future. I dont think so. Ayesha is already 53 years old. Although they are orphas, these children are raised in family communes in the SOS village. So they are not really missign a family as such. Ayesha and Neev will be closely associated throughout their lives though. Was her in-laws as understanding about their barren Daughter-in-law? Initially they were upset but Neev being their only son, they had sort of reconciled to it as his happiness was with Ayesha. They are no more though.Coming to Michi. Nandu kaka is a real sweetheart, I think he spoke well to Milind, , am glad that inspite of the fact that Milind is the man of the houshold didn't deter Nandu K from speaking up in defense of Prachi.Nandu kaka may be a mild man but a fair one. Realising that Milind was too harsh on Prachi he decided to do his bit to bring about a reconciliation of sorts.Btw looks like Milind is getting over Ayesha slowly?! He didn't seem to be feel any sorrow or pain as she headed out to the US. No, the mental block is no longer the girl as such but what she stands for. He is more in love with the ideals he is looking for in his life partner than the woman who was supposed to hold them, ie., Ayesha. I hope what I say makes sense. He would require some hard talking from someone which will sort of remove the blinkers on his eyes.I love the grumpy Milind, I can't be mad at him for too long, had someone thrown my jeans away, I would be in a right strop too. Yes, the guy is trying to make some headway but Prachi keep throwing him off balance.Hope Prachi continues to flash her dimples, otherwise this guy is oblivious to his wife's beauty. Yes, her dimples really gets to him. As to her beauty, her type of beauty is not what normally attracts him (he prefers the smart beauties like Ayesha) but her looks will grow on him without his realising it.Thanks Thanks Yas.
