What does that have to do with anything? Can he stop putting Katha on a pedestal for the sole reason that she's a mother??

Yes, the fact that she's a mother is important but Katha is more than that.

Katha puts her child first and she should but she has taken that to an extreme where nothing else matters to her. But Viaan should not do that. He must realize that being a mother is just a facet to her.

I get irritated when i heard that WOH EK MAA HEI.😔 common guys she is a woman first, then she becomes a mother. Respect her womanhood first. As per ITV standards she is a mother.so she should be worshiped like a Goddess.she is not allowed to hang out with friends and all.

Similarly for PapaG, he is a father, an old man who lost his son. So he should be forgiven.

ITV standards are so outdated now. Please someone tell them to update their standards and be little progressive.

Haven't watched OG or any other adaptions, other than following KA.

But have been reading here that in OG, Ehsan's character was from grey to negative to evil, oscillating a lot with more toxicity. So in KA, don't think writers or makers or channel are doing some thing weird or OTT, suddenly to push negativity ONLY for some TRPs sake.😳

But build up should have been more convincingly written & presented in KA, that's the complaint in this hindi adaption which some of us have.😔

Say initial 40 KA episodes both partners cum friends & their respective mom's have been shown too close, who have been together in thick & thin for years as trusted confidants, sharing almost all important personal matters, sorrows, fears, likes, dislikes, moods, aspirations etc.👍🏼 For that matter mom's who are part of Earthcon board are together running an NGO for single mom's separately & also attend parties together.

Last week both Ehsan & his mom suddenly getting shown cunning, manipulative, plotting to secure a long life without Viaan, 😲anticipating Earthcon partnership to break was a big bouncer, that too relying on a new lead architect single mom with a 8 years son, for their own bright professional cum personal future?

Then this week Ehsan spiking his partner cum childhood friend Viaan's juice in Jeetu bhai anniversary party to belittle him before his entire staff, is another abrupt bouncer. 👎🏼

Wish these two sequences could have been avoided or much better written, with some preludes shown quite early as hints to viewers, then outburst might been less too.😛

Katha ko they always portray as a mother only ,i mean this whole yellow is Aarav's fav is getting on my nerves now

Feels like an excuse for wearing disastrous clothes

Brace urself guys Dubai wale nice blazer suit k baad ab katha Amrita wala yellow banana suit pehnegi since its Aarav's fav

I dont think meri mom ko mera fav color pta bhi hoga 😏

everybody is frustrated with her wearing yellow constantly.. Somebody on YT called her pitambari devi 😂

It was a smooth episode after a rocking party. I loved Viaan-Ehsan confrontation. It looks all are depressed after Ehsan overdose. Chill guys. He is going to fall flat soon. Jitna upar chadna hai chadne do, utna hi maze aayega girte huye dekhne main😈😈

My grievances concerning Ehsan aside, I think that Samar is a fab actor!

I can understand Katha's pov that Aarav is her world and he is her first priority and it will always remain like that.

But i can't understand others' pov. The other day Viaan was telling Ehsan ushe chod dee woh ek Maa hei.. Ushke sath flirt mat kar woh ek Maa hei.Katha is not just a mother,she is more than that. She is a qualified Architecture, a team leader,a thorough professional etc etc. Viaan ko bolna chahiya tha respect her as a woman.

Katha ne khud confrontation ke time pe ek aurat ki kya value hei samjhaya tha.. Par yeh log abhi bhi Maa pe atke hue hei.😆

Even during the confrontation scene with Viaan some of her dialogues were OTT so they really need to tone it down for her character.

True , that is what is wrong even in rela society. Just because they are older they can't do all rubbish and cruel things .

Because these sanskari cinemas and ITV shows such daughter in law's , in real life people are suffering

Many expect the same kind of forgiving nature from girls ..which is not accepted.

Girls are also himan beings with feeling and self respect why should they forgive immediately when an elder man or women shreds tears . What about the sufferings they went through.

Here also Katha could have maintained the realtionship but not to the extent of forgiving so easily and crying along with him hope they won't show her moving to his house soon ..
