Of Maasi's Nonsense & Huggie Hug Hugs | PreRish Rambles | 08/28

I missed the takes for yday's equally annoying episode for which I apologize, I was having a rough time but I'm back! (Which means yes the update [for my story] will be up soon sabr rakhein pls)

The episode started with maasi's manhoos face. There's something very irritating with the way she acts so I guess the actress is doing a good job of making me hate her. To be honest I can't remember a WORD she said other than trying to frame Veena lmao. She's so useless that I skipped through her ridiculous part before giving myself an eye-roll so hard it turned into a migraine. They give this lady a lot more focus than is needed you know? Aur main toh yeh show muft main dekhti hoon so why waste my time LOL.

We go from one manhoos character to another when the focus shifts to Anurag who is stuck in traffic. Kyunki God ji bhi yehi chahthe hain ke Anurag wahan naa paunche. LMAO.

BUT YAAAAAAAR jab woh 'excuse me... your honor' SUNIYA DIYA NAAAA TOH SABH GHAM DOOR HOGAYE. HAYE MERI JAAAAAAAN. MERA RISHABHHHHH.

Omg he looks so good even when he looks beat up lmao maybe I have a kink. Rishabh is smarter than anyone in this show and phew we love that!!! Legendary behaviour exhibited today. He really said if you don't let me go I will buy the hospital!!! POWER. MOVE. LMAO. I love this man goodbye why do all the ridiculous dialogues work for him this man is exceptional and I AM WHIPPED. PHEW.

And what's amazing is that as soon as he enters, there is a PHYSICAL shift in the atmosphere in the show. He brings so much life to the show that when he comes BACK you see the impact he brings with him. He's magnetic on-screen, and your eyes never leave him because he commands your attention.

But Rishabh, ugh the way he knows Veena, his entire speech about Veena's silence doesn't mean that it implicates her. He defends her with utmost conviction, literally shocking every single person in the audience LMAO. Except for me because I knew he would take her side. He is not vindictive, he is fair. He literally apologizes to her on the stand, like can you believe this man?? Anurag could NEVER LOL. He places the blame on himself and lies. He lied on that stand to protect her and spin the truth exactly the way the court needs to know it. And this is the man everyone thinks is cruel? The one who would so cruelly someone without evidence or base? PUH LEASE. Maasi's upset face was everything lmao rabb kare aise hi takar khaaee jaaye.

When Rishabh falters, Prerna goes to him (not without asking permission). BUT GOD THE SCENE THAT CAME NEXT. HE TUMBLES RIGHT INTO HER ARMS, UNABLE TO STAND ANY LONGER. And Prerna holds him up, keeping him grounded. What profound symbolism. What incredible direction and acting. I know that we don't know all of Rishabh yet, there are many cards left to play in his sleeve and that's fine. But if we're headed in the direction I hope we are, it means that anytime Rishabh wants to make a decision that will be destructive, Prerna will be there to keep him grounded and remind him of who he is. That when he falters, when he tumbles into the seduction of his own terrible thoughts, she'll hold him up until he can stand on his own again. I hope that the story doesn't focus on a redemption arc because truthfully he doesn't need one. I hope it focuses on the terrible impulses we haven't seen yet, only gotten a glimpse of (think back to how he orchestrated Anurag's doubts before their wedding), and how Prerna changes the direction of it. Prerna will always be there to hold up Rishabh, even if the hesitation, in the beginning, was there.

And the best part was Anurag seeing it all lmao. This show is such a mess. But I'll take what I can get.

The promo was eh. LMAO. I'm pretty sure the plan to like harm Anurag isn't Rishabh's, it's Maasi and Tanvi's. Tanvi wants to play matchmaker and what better way to confirm AnuPre's feelings than to harm him? The blame is easiest to place on Rishabh in this case because I mean who else LMAO. I refuse to believe this setup that Rishabh is behind whatever nonsense is happening with Anurag in the maha episode. I will say that when news hit about it I was so disheartened I didn't wanna be active in the forum. But now I'm just chill yaar. Dekhte hain kya hoga. Aur woh laakh khoshish bhi karlein, I'll always choose Rishabh over anyone else. He's the only one with working brain cells. LOL. SO do what damage you will KZK creatives, I know I could write circles around you. And I will. LOL.

Loved it..... I will always watch it for him...

The only thorn of the episode for me was Mehra completely believing that Veena tried to murder Bajaj. I guess he's an employee and masi is the boss of him but making sure ki boss's mother-in-law jail me jai when in actual he should know everything about the Sharmas is a bit disappointing.

I loved how you made the episode sound so much better than it was. Why you so funny? And Bajaj omg his entry, his dialogues, his presence, his hotness uff this man killed it today. And the last 5 mins of the show was howlarious, i thought anurags face will melt right of his head. He looked comical rather than miserable.

I am so glad you commented on today's episode. 😆 I guess Bajaj's comeback couldn't stop you too. I loved his scenes. I, as usual, watched only his scenes. The others about evidences was pretty boring. And idk, I don't like that Maasi at all, but I guess you are right. She's not doing that bad a job, coz at least she's making me hate her and Veena isn't infusing ANY feeling in me. But today, even she surprised me. Idk whether I am reading too much into nonsensical, unfeeling crap or whether there are so many undercurrents, but the way Veena indicated to Prerna and then her son to help out Bajaj was noteworthy. I hope they actually show some scene where she realises he isn't as bad as she thought. Coz even though it's wrong to wrongly accuse someone, it takes a great deal to accept you are wrong and apologise for the same.

1. I LOVED Bajaj's scene. Even when he's wounded, he carries an aura of power around him, when he stumbles, his intermittent English vocabulary makes him classier, and his indifference to her hatred of him as a personal choice just shows how deep his maturity delves.

2. I loved the hospital scene mainly because of the background music. I have been missing that for ages now, and when Bajaj was introduced he used to look evil and business-like and he no longer looks evil, only deeply inflicted with something. I don't even know if that old Bajaj would be back, but I am happy with what little I can see of him. Also, his show of power. Was wow. Loved it, and someone had commented that the doctor gave more importance to his job than his patient's health 🤣 Crazy

3. Mehra. I actually liked Mehra today. First when he said Aisa Ho Sakta Hai, He was Just giving weight to the power Bajaj already has which he always did. Secondly I as wondering where the hell he went, coz he's like Bajaj's right hand man and he wasn't there. So I am glad he's back.

4. Most importantly, when he was talking on the phone about Veena, that scene actually legitimised the charge against Veena for me. Coz for the past week, it was Maasi and her stupidly evil antics that irritated me that a non-fatal instance was being hyped because of her and her evilness. But when I looked at from Mehra's point of view ignoring the fact that Maasi is evil, I realise it's pretty valid on their part to take such an action, coz well, apparently everyone knew Veena hated Bajaj and they didn't know she was a good woman, and they believed she had attacked him. So I liked that scene and this track became a little more meaningful for me.

4. The part hug or support was nice too but how did Maasi just leave him to talk to the lawyer? And the patient is stumbling and there was a ward boy, he didn't even come to his aid? I guess they wanted Prerna to do it, and Anurag to watch her do it, and she called out to her brother for help? Idk anyway, the lack of logic and the interest that people took in Bajaj's well being shook me more than I can imagine, so I didn't enjoy the hug scene much. I liked the scene when Prerna actually walks towards him before the stumbling with like a delicate smile in her eyes, coz that had so much meaning. In my opinion, her mind was filled with gratitude and awe that he'd believed her mother and taken the effort to get her out. And I swear I hope she compares this with Anurag and how he failed to acknowledge his mother's wrong doing of getting Veena arrested. Coz if she doesn't, I'll goddamn kill her. I didn't give two shits about her indifference to Bajaj before but now I do. Coz whatever said and done, he's proving to be a man with more spine than Anurag!

5. I skipped Anurag's falling bit coz it wasn't worth watching.

6. The precap was nice when she's trying to tend to him and Anurag watches it and the next day when he says Veena still likes him, I like Prerna's outfit for once, like her hairdo a lot, she looks cute. The scene when she says why do you want to stay with me when I don't love you - did not give me good feels coz I am not happy with SP's AnuPre promotion, combined with the Mahaepisode crap, when like you said Anurag would be harmed by ShaTan. I hope Prerna has the good sense to NOT doubt Bajaj.

6. Also, in relation to Veena liking Anurag, I hope someone in the Sharma house has some sense, the boy with glasses maybe, to point out that Bajaj has the spine that Anurag doesn't, and he actually apologised when I doubt Anurag did that. It won't affect them much but I want that fact clearly acknowledged and I want Veena's attitude towards Anurag and Bajaj to change. She doesn't have to hate Anurag but she doesn't have to hate Bajaj either.

7. And I hope they leave this house soon. I liked Anurag but now he's getting on my nerves and I am not liking him at all.
