1. Do you think that Ekta actually thought about the names to match the characters? Or is it a coincidence?
I think she thought of some of the names like, Prerna, Anuraag, Rishabh. You know, the main characters. Maybe she didn't think much for other characters like, Mahesh, Cookie ad stuff.
2. Do you agree with each character names meaning? (In other words do you think it suits the character?
Some names like, Aparna, Komolika, Anuraag, Prerna, Sampada, Sneha.. suit their character. Others really don't.
3. If you disagree with the characters name- what would you have liked to name that certain character(s)?
I can't think much like Ekta can..lolz..😆
4. Do you ever think of what each characters name actually means- doesn't it ever cross your mind?
To be honest No..Cuz I just enjoy the script. I don't think deep about their names..lolz..😉😉😉

A:hmmm..nope i dont think i've ever bothered abt wat the name means..
Names and there meaning(s) [well many ppl came up with a lot- so I put down the ones that made the most sense! 😆]
1. Rishab... a musical note "RE" or a strong Bull
A:Accd to me everything abt him is just right...so for me the name's PERRRFECT for him!
2. Prerna... love/devotion/inspiration
A:She inspires Anu and Rishu to be crazzy abt her...and she's loved by loads of guys! so ya name kinda suits her!
3. Anurag...love/passion
A:he does looovvee prerna to death....so gess the name suits him...unfortunately he doesnt love or care abt ne1else really
4. Sneha...love
A: Both as a kid and now she's reallly sweet and lovable...so apt name
5. Prem...Love
A:hmmmmm....well he is majorly in love now...so its kinda apt though he wasnt really into "love" before
6. Kasak...(since no one really knew the answer- im guessing) Story?
A: Kasak means pain i think(coz they say "dil ki kasak" in hindi movies!) she must be in pain coz thks to ekta her parents have forgotten she ever existed!! otherwise i think its not nice to name ur kid "pain"
7. Komolika...soft/tricky, suductive women
A:VERRRY APT..no need for me to give reasons😆
8. Aperna...another name for Paravti
A: not at all suitable! i think its coz ekta dint plan to make her evil in the beginning coz she was really goody goody then
9. Mukti...freedom
A: freedom from wat?? life?? coz she's supp dead now!
10. Sampatha...wealth
A: she is wealthy...dint she mention once tht her dad lent Anu some money??
11. Omi...another name for Lord Shiv
A: Shiv is the lord of destruction..and omi was goin to destroy Bajaj n family..so pretty suitable name!
12. Yuvraj...Crown Prince
A: he acted like he ruled the world neway!
13. Thushar...snow/dew
A:Ekta's bro's name is tushar...and he likes KZK..so maybe she just wanted to name one character after him!

I think she actually did put some thought into it...just to continue the "love" theme..coz i think she intended KZK to be a "beautiful love story"🤢

Thats a good idea 😃 !! Well my name 'Aparna', sure most of u know the meaning by now 😆...it is another name for 'Parvati', Shiv's wife! There is a very short story behind how Aparna became Parvati's name, i'm sure most of us Hindus know the story of Sati and Shiv...for those who dont know (i dont know the story exactly, but i think it is something like this), its like Sati and Shiv used to love each other like anything, but her parents were against their marriage or something, then later somehow Sati dies, so Shiv says he will never love any other woman ever again, and becomes a sanyasi or something and he goes for tapasya...and he was doing tapasya for many decades and for many yugs...thats when Sati takes rebirth as Parvati and she falls for Shiv, but Shiv doesnt know Parvati is Sati's punarjanam, and whatever Parvati tried so that Shiv falls for her, his love for Sati was eternal...even Parvati was stubborn, and she promised herself that she wouldnt marry anybody but Shiv...so what she does, even she starts doing some tapasya where she refused to eat anything, not even leaves...the word 'parna' means leaves, and since during that time she dint even eat leaves, thats how her name became A'parna', i.e., Aparna 😃...Then the ending of the story is where Shiv realises that Parvathi aka Aparna is his Sati, and they marry. And then they lived happily ever after with their kids gannu (ganapathi) and subramanyan 😃 !!
Hmm, well if u ask me whether i am similar to my name, the answer is a BIG NO!! Aparna basically was a name for a person who doesnt eat anything, or atleast doesnt eat much, but i am a total foodie 😃 !! I love to eat, and i really eat a lot 😃 !! Like how some ppl eat to live, I live to eat 😃 !! So in short, i am total opposite of my name 😆 !!
Shiv also has got many names like Nataraj, Maheshwar, Mahesh, Girish, Om, Omi, and many more which i dont know 😳 !! Hehe, whenever i meet a guy who has got either of these names, i get a funny feeling inside me 😳 !! Pata nahin mera Shiv kab aayega 😭!!
And ya, if Aparna means Parvati, Mahesh means Shiv, maybe thats y rite now in kzk they are trying to hook up Aparna and Mahesh 😆 !! I am wondering whether ekta would have thought of it when she introduced Aparna many years back, and then Mahesh 😆 !!
