I wanted to know 2 things...supposing I have d'loaded the entire episode of NB..how do I just save one particular performance (obviously HGT's 😆 ) & delete teh rest?

And, how do I get the caps from teh vid?

Do you have Windows Movie Maker? You can put the video in that, and it will generate a series of clips. Choose the clips you want and pull them over to the timeline section at the bottom of the screen, in order. Once that is done, save the movie and delete the original!
