Pallavi Subhash rocks as Meera!!! - Page 3

I think Palavi is an amazing actress. I have been a great fan of hers. She always gives dignified and subtle performances. Caught a few of the earlier episodes of KAA w/Iqbal Khan. I was really impressed. I was looking forward to her 'positive' role in KS but looks like she is doing extremely well even in this gray character. I think the only reason this forum has been really rough on her is because her introduction hasn't been etched very well. Her marriage to JW has been questionable, both morally and legally. So, the forum didn't accept her then. But now, everyone seems to be raving about her in this role. She def has a meaty role and lot of scope to hone her histrionics. You go girl !👏👏

Juney I think Pallavi has been given the best track in KS since her introduction, pity it was done at expense of the other leads...even now RK's role is not much in comparison to her...

I like her when they portrayed as positive and even though she is doing great as the bad buy I hate it because of the way role went chop from good to bad...there was never that in between period of showing traces of her negativity...

Pallavi should get an award for this role.............. 👏

They always do this, divan. Atleast they should give the audience time to adjust to the transformations taking place. The transitions have always been so abrupt, it is so hard to believe. There is no middle-ground for them.
THe only time they did good was the initial transition of Ranvir. How he changed from bad to good and how he coped with Raashi's cancer. After Raashi returned, its all downhill. That is another character where they can do so much, but he is just being wasted away.

I agree,PS is doing amazing job as Vamp Meera,everything abt her be it dialogue's its delivery and those expressions she is gettn them to the T.
This Meera is so well sketched compared to the bimbo she was when she entered KS.
Loving her calm expressions nd subtle acting looks like RK's acting has rubbed on her.PD nd PS are two lucky to have worked with RK his method acting has surely got into them.

I am for sure voting for PS as Best Negative Actress this year.

I really like the scene after Jai realised that Meera knew about the kids doing party, cigrattes, gambling. and Meera told him why she did it and how she hates Bani, i like the fact that when she said that it wasnt in so much anger and too forced, yes there was anger but also a subtle way she said it, like it was the most natural thing to hate Bani, and how her reasons are justified - good acting 👏

^^^ Yes that scene was outstanding 👏 Very subtle, yet powerful. She displayed a wide range of emotions and stole the show. She could have been over the top and loud, but she was very controlled and came of beautifully. You almost wanted to sympathize with her, but than you remembered what she had done. 👏 👏 👏 Great job Pallavi.

I really did not like the Meera character when PS joined the show as she was poorly etched. I mean they has her responding to jigz calling Meera "gadhi" and answering "egg first or chicken". But I always liked PS as an actor as I had seen her in KAA. When PD was leaving the show, I was like they should not have brought her in as Meera but as Bani as I thought she had all the Bani like qualities and also a powerful actor. Ekta's mistake, but oh well. She seems to be rocking as a vamp. I guess when Rk said he would put his money on PS he was right, she seems to be really shinning.
