Sorry - for the delayed update....i had guests over yesterday and then i came down with a cold.....my headache's a bit better so i decided to update!!😛

R: Raashi!!…..Raashi wait!!

Ranveer had followed her outside to the car park constantly calling her name and telling her to stop, after all it was important for him to remove her misunderstanding….But she refused to stop and listen……

Raashi: Get lost Ranveer!!……I don't want to see your face!!….go back to Priya, I never want to talk to you again!!….

R: Thank God!!

She stopped in her tracks……had she heard right?!…..one look at his smug smile told her she did….

Raashi: What?!

Raanveer folded his arms and leaned sideways on a car, clearly enjoying the look of disbelief on her face…..

R: well you can't ask me to complain….maybe it'll give my ears a rest!!

Anger took over once again….

Raashi: Ranveer you're such a…..such a….

She stamped her foot in frustration trying to find the right word….but he completed the sentence for her…..

R: a jerk?!

His smile turned into grin and she knew he was winding her up…closing her eyes and taking a deep breath to calm down, she opened them again….

Raashi: Fine!……you can bring Priya to the wedding tomorrow……until then I'll look for a new date….how about the guy who was dancing with me at the party….

Checkmate!

The grin slid of his face to be replaced by a frown….

R: Raashi…wait….you're not going to….

But she stormed off before he could complete his warning….

Bani rubbed her eyes and tried to stifle a yawn as she slowly ascended the stairs to Jai's study…her soft knock was answered almost immediately…

J: Come in…

She stepped inside and her eyes fell on her husband who was comfortably seated in a armchair surrounded by files….on her entrance he tore his gaze away from the project he'd been studying and watched with interest, a small smile playing on his lips….

Bani marvelled at how calm and collected he looked in contrast with her won dishevelled appearance….the second they had stepped in to the house that morning, Bani had been pulled in amongst the nuptial preparations for the following day…Jai on the other hand had mumbles something about work and locked himself in his study, which Aditya uncle had loudly remarked later on was just an excuse to escape from the work Mausi had lined up for everyone….Bani had to agree, the peaceful study was much more inviting than the chaotic preparations which were still underway downstairs….

J: Bani?!

His voice broke her out of her reverie and she realised that he had walked up to her without her noticing…

J: Did you want anything?!

Embarrassed at having being caught staring vacantly into space, Bani looked down….

B: umm….I wanted to ask if you were coming to sleep….

J: No….I still have some work to do…

Nodding her head, Bani turned round but she had barely made two steps towards the door when she felt him grip her hand….in less than a second his hands located the inside of her peach kameez and were caressing her naked waist while his lips teased her ears, the feel of his breath on her bare neck making her heart speed faster than normal….

J: You forget something…

Turning her around he traced her jaw with his lips and then covered her in one swift movement with a deep passion that made Bani cling to his arm…she closed her eyes and felt his hands burning whatever part of her body they came in contact with….

As he kameez lacked a dori he moved straight onto her hook and opened it with ease, sending a shiver down her spine…the feel of his hands on her bare back triggered something in her brain and she moved her face to the side breaking the kiss and allowing him to place soft kisses along her neck….finding it hard to control her hormones she tied to pull away….

B: Jai….the door's wide open

J: So…

He moved on to her bare shoulder…

B: Someone will come….what will they think?!

J: That we love each other very much…

And leaving it at that he captured her lips once again, not even allowing her to think…

Rano: Bani di!!

The sound of her name made Bani come to her senses once again and she pushed Jai back…he staggered back, taken by surprise rather than anything else….Bani tried her best to sort her appearance out as Rano's steps came closer…pulling a stray strap back up to her should from under her kameez Bani bit her lip….what would Rano think when she saw Bani like this…

Suddenly she felt his fingertips brush against her back again…but his time he hooked it up and smoothed down a kameez from both sides and whispered gently in to her ear…

J: We'll continue this later…

Her flushed face brought a mischievous glint to his eye as he left his study!
