"Kya huwa nandhu?" He asks curiously and nandhini just sighs.
"You know manik I have noticed you and Chachi since the beginning. Un mein or tum mein koi toh connection ha. Koi ghehra connection." She says and manik raised his eyebrows.
"Ub woh duniya ki sub sa chill chachi ha toh obviously I would be freinds with her" he says.
"Not freinds. Like you genuinely find motherly comfort from her and she finds her dreams come true with you" nandhini says and manik was even more confused this time.
"Kya Matlab?" He asks.
"Mujhe aamss Na bataya tha. Jub Amma was pregnant with rishab, chachi was also pregnant with a baby. Chachi or Amma Na pura family sa chup ka gender find out Kiya doctor sa. Kyew ha Aamss ka culture ka against tha gender find out Kerna. It was going to be a boy. Even I have a blur memory or chachi and Amma talking about how both the baby boys will grow up to be best freinds and dono cousins sa pehle Bhai honge but chachi had a miscarriage and since then she was never able to conceive. You are everything she wanted in a son." Nandhini says and starts crying and manik was surprised. He then pulled out some toilet paper and handed it to nandhini.
"It's okay yeh lo" he says and nandhini laughs looking at the toilet paper in his hands.
"Nandhini tum na yeh sub mujhe pehle kyew nahi bataya. Chachi is an amazing person and unka poora haq ha mujh pa. She is everything I wanted in a mother too." Manik says with a smile.
"Lekin yehi toh mujhe samjh nahi ata. You have only known chachi for 2 years and the baby that died was much younger than you phir bhi esi attachment between you and Chachi I don't understand" nandhini says and manik laughs.
"Nandhini Kuch logo ka connection esa anmol hota ha ka time can't define it. Like Dekho I have known both harshad and dhruv exactly the same amount of time. But dhruv and me we have a weird connection. Sub sa zyada hum dono ek dosre ko samjhte ha. Uska Liya meri jaan hazir ha. Or harshad he and me have had issues since forever. So same way meri apni maa sa koi connection nahi ha but tumhari chachi sa itni strong connection ha. And woh tumhari chachi ha you don't even have a blood relation with her phir bhi she is so important to you and me" manik says and nandhini nods.
There was silence for a few minutes and then nandhini looked at him.
"Manik suppose i forgive you. Then what? Woh jealousy, woh trust issue nothing will disappear" nandhini says and manik thinks a while.
" Yes they will. I promise you nandhini ub tum meri life ki first priority hogi, nobody before you and I will tell you every deep thought that is in my heart. You were right. We are soulmates we need to connect our souls and that won't be possible without trusting each other with our deepest secrets" he says and nandhini was shocked on his changed behavior.
"Fab 5 is important but they are freinds and you are my family. Aj sa 10-15 saal baad I might not have all these people in my life but I will have you. You will be the one who will welcome me when I come back from work. You will be the one who will raise my kids with me and you will be the person I will snuggle next to every night for the rest of my life. Mein immature tha nandhini shaddi ka theek Matlab nahi samjh paya tha. Mujhe laga ka bus I love you and you are my room mate now but it's not that simple. There is alot more that goes into a marriage and I'm willing to work on it" he says and holds her hand and nandhini smiles.
"Or jahan tak mera hath uthane ki baat thi. Mujh mein problem ha. Gussa mein hosh kho Beth ta hoon mein. I'll take anger management classes I promise. And if this ever happens again mein khud police ko call keronga. Now please forgive me" manik begs her and nandhini thinks.
"Manik I want to start fresh with you. Isi Liya Jo misunderstandings ya secrets ha sub discuss kerlena chaya ha. Us din when we fought I was so mad at you. I wanted revenge, itna gussa tha tum pa..." nandhini says and stops in-between.
"Tum Na gussa mein mujh pa hath uthaya or uske baad Mene gussa mein..." She said and stopped again.
"Bolo it can't be worse than what I did" manik says with a giggle and nandhini nodded her head. Manik was speechless and raised his eyebrows, wondering what could have she done.
" I wanted revenge so I kissed Aaryaman on the neck. Only to get even with you. And Aaryaman stopped me immediately. He said that I am making the Biggest mistake of my life and that he loves mukti now. Manik i only did this impulsively, i was so angry at you; all i cared about was hurting you. But Aaryaman made me realize that fighting fire with fire only creates a bigger fire. He has been telling me to forgive you since day one so please uspe naraz na hona, it was all my fault and hosake toh mujhe maaf kerdo" nandhini says and looks at manik's reaction but his expression did not change one bit. Nandhini just stared at his expressionless face waiting for some kind of reaction.
"Manik?" she says wondering why he isn't saying anything

"Maybe this decision you made..." he says softly and takes a long pause.
"This divorce decision, maybe yehi theek ha" Manik says softly and nandhini opens her eyes wide and tears started flowing from her eyes immediately.
Just then the bathroom door opened slightly and someone from outside threw their clothes inside and manik and nandhini looked towards the door.
"Bahot torture kerliya ub ajao bahar" Aliya yells from outside. Manik looks at nandhini then gets up and grabs his clothes. He walks behind the shower curtain and starts changing in the bathtub. Nandhini stands up from the floor, wipes her tears and starts changing too.
"You done?" Manik asks from behind the curtains.
"Yes" Nandhini says with a cracked voice and manik comes out from behind the bath tub and without even looking at her and opens the door and walks out, nandhini follows him and as soon they walk out everyone was standing outside and clapping and smiling like crazy. Kabir Aaryaman and dhruv started hooting and Dhruv was recording.
Aliya ran and hugged nandhini and she was taken by surprise.
"oye hoye dekho toh sahi sharam mein kya haal hogaya ha nandhu ka" Chachi says and nandhini looks at her confusingly.
"Yaar manik itni zor ki awaz ae. Thora toh control kerelete" Aliya jokes.
"Agar awaz esi thi toh impact kesa hoga." Dhruv jokes.
"Finally sub theek ha. you guys finally did it" Kabir says and Manik looks at him in shock.
"What did you say? Pagal ho? Nothing happened!" Manik says in anger.
"Liar liar! Manik chupana ki zerorat nahi ha' Aliya says and starts laughing and takes the camera from dhruv and holds it close to Manik's face.
"Manik bhi sharma raha ha haha" Aliya says and manik grabs her camera and throws it on the floor. The camera smashes into peices.
"SHUT UP JUST SHUT UP ALL OF YOU! KUCH NAHI HUWA THA AND MEIN JHOOT NAHI BOL RAHA. TAMASHA BANA DIYA HA SUB NA MIL KA. KISMAT MEIN AGER MERA OR NANDHINI KA SATH NAHI HA TOH NAHI HA. ESA STUPID PLANS SA KUCH NAHI HOGA! SAMJHI TUM ALIYA!" manik screams with all his voice scaring aliya and nandhini holds her head in tension and starts crying.
"He is right. We were not meant for each other and something like this wouldn't change that" Nandhini says in tears.
"Nandhu?" chachi says in disappointment.
"rehne do chachi. Guys aj mukti ka plaster utar raha ha let's just go there please" nandhini says and aliya nods her head and holds her hand.
"Let's go" Aliya says and gives manik an angry look and walks out with nandhini. The guys just look at manik in anger.
"yaar dhruv" manik says and dhruv holds up his hand gesturing manik to not speak.
"Rehne de manik. Tumhare jazbat na hi tumhara ristha tora or shayad tumhara yehi jazbat tumhari dosti bhi tor dega. Tumhe Aliya pa nahi chilana chaya tha" dhruv says and walks outside the room as well.
Manik takes a deep breath and holds his head in tension. Kabir smiles and pats manik's back.
"Relax yaar. Chal mera ghar chalte ha" kabir says and manik nods.
At kabir and nava's place:
The doctor was there removing Mukti's cast and nandhini, navya, aliya and dhruv were watching. The rest of the guys did not reach there yet.
"Aaah sukoon" mukti says as she moves her toes a little.
"Mukti you can move your leg now but please don't walk too much till another week. Try to stay in bed rest" the doctor says and mukti whines.
"haha don't worry pretty soon you will be able to run. Chalo mein chalta hoon" the doctor says and leaves.
"Thank you doc" mukti yells as he leaves.
"Acha chalo guys batao wahan kya hua? nandhini?" mukti says and gives nandhini a flirty look.
"mukti sachi mein kuch nahi huwa" nandhini says.
"haan mukti, and don't even try to ask manik" Aliya says in anger.
"kyew kya huwa?" she asks and dhruv tells her everything.
"but that was my camera" navya says sadly and everyone giggles.
"haha khair ha Aliya, you know manik na. dil pa mat lo" mukti says and aliya rolls her eyes.
Just then kabir, manik and Aaryaman come and see the plaster off mukti.
"Utar bhi gaya?" Aaryaman says sadly and runs to mukti and kisses her forehead.
"Haha we missed it" kabir says and walks in.
"Plaster hi utra ha, i didn't have a baby" mukti says and laughs.
"God we don't need another baby in this group at least not soon" navya jokes and just then they heard abeer crying in the room.
"Lo dekho uth gaya abeer" navya says and Aliya runs inside the room.
"I want to play with him too" mukti says and nandhini grabs her wheelchair and run after Aliya.
"Guys pehle let me feed him then play with him" Navya yells and walks into the room too.
"Dekha yeh haal hota ha baby ka baad. Sub ki sub andar bhag gae" kabir says and rolls his eyes.
"It's okay more guy time for us" Aaryaman says.
Meanwhile the girls go crazy after Abeer as he was continuously crying.
"Oh ho. yeh abhi sa itna roh raha ha toh kal kya hoga" navya says.
"Oh ya kal 27th ha na abeer ka pehla shot. bichara my baby" Aliya says and nandhini opened her eyes wide.
"What did you just say kal kya date ha?" Nandhini asks in panic.
"27th ha na?" Navya says confusingly. Nandhini holds her head in tension and sits down on the bed.
"Shit shit shit" she yells and started freaking out.
"Kya huwa? Are you okay?" Mukti asks.
"No no yeh kaisa hosakta ha. How did i lose track of what date it is?" nandhini says in tension and navya gives Abeer to Aliya and sits down next to nandhini
"Huwa kya? Theek sa batao" navya says.
"I'm late, very late" nandhini says in panic and all the girls look at her in shock.
"You sure?" navya asks and nandhini nods her head.
"But tum or manik toh were in a fight" mukti says.
"Ya but the fight started a week ago" nandhini says.
"But nandhini you were on the pills phir?" Aliya says and nandhini starts crying.
"Sub meri galti ha. I was on the pills but then after our fight happened i just forgot about them and stopped taking them. How was i so dumb?" nandhini says.
"Nandhini! you are not supposed to stop taking the pills in between a cycle! Pura course complete kerna zarori hota ha, you can't even miss one day or else you could be..." mukti yells at her.
"Yehi toh sub meri galti ha. Manik will be so mad, how will i tell him?" nandhini yells and starts crying.
"Tell me what?" they hear a voice from the door and all the girls look at him in shock. He starts to walk towards nandhini.
"kya hua?" he asks her directly. Nandhini looks at the girls and they all tap her shoulders for support and then leave the room with abeer and close the door on the way out.
"Bolo nandhini esa kya hogaya ka all the girls left us here alone" manik asks confusingly.
"Manik our relationship has gone down hill but i know that the love between us has remained but you might start hating me now" she says and manik was even more confused.
"Nandhini please don't beat around the bush and come to the point" he says while looking into her eyes.
"Manik i'm late" she says and breaths deeply.
"Oh" he says and sits on the bed with her.
"How late?" he asks.
"more than 15 days" she says and manik puts his hand on his chin and thinks deeply.
"but why do you think that it's your fault or that i would be mad at you?" he says softly.
"Because i stopped taking the pills after our fight. you aren't suppose to skip even one day in between a cycle and i just completely stopped taking them. i'm sorry" she says and bursts out crying and manik just looks at her.
"Hey relax, are you crazy? tumhari galti nahi ha okay! so stop crying. We have to think about this, what we have to do next" he says and nandhini looks at him in surprise.
"Are you suggesting getting rid of it?" she asks with tears in her eyes.
"What? no! i mean pehle confirm toh kerle!" he says.
"Or phir?" nandhini asks.
"Phir kya? nandhini hum is topic pa pehle bhi baat ker chuke ha. We were going to wait 2-3 years lekin if it has already happened toh it's fine we have to accept what god gave us. And ager esa nahi huwa toh we can wait the 2-3 years we originally planned. Simple" he says and nandhini smiles lightly.
"i love you" she says and continues crying and manik smiles and hugs her.
"I love you too nandhu kyew itna ghabra rahi ho. Baby ha koi bomb nahi or mein manik hoon harshad nahi. I know how it feels to not be wanted and i would never do that to my child. Bus i didn't want this itni jaldi but i always wanted it and so did you right?" manik says and nandhini nods.
"But manik what about what happened in the bathroom?" she asks and manik remembered everything.
"Nandhini jub tum na mujhe bataya ka you did that i felt heartbroken, esa laga jesa mera sub kuch toot gaya. And that is probably how you felt when i slapped you, when i said that fab 5 is before you and when i didn't involve you in my life. Galtiya sub sa hoti ha or vesa bhi ub toh tum mera bache ki maa bane wali ho" he says with a smile.
"Or ager esa nahi huwa toh?" she asks
"Toh bhi it's fine i forgive you and i hope you forgive me for what i did" he says
"Manik it was just a small peck on the neck or kuch tha bhi nahi" she says and he nods his head.
"OKAY OKAY YOU DON'T NEED TO REPEAT IT DARD HOTA HA" he says loudly and nandhini laughs.
"And i forgive you too" she says with a smile and manik was shocked.
"Waah aj sooraj kaha sa nikla?" he asks her and she laughs and hits his arm.
"If you can forgive me for what i did for revenge and not get mad at me for being irresponsible with the birth control i should be able to forgive you" she says and manik giggles.
"So revenge poora hogaya nandhini?" Manik asks and nandhini nods and laughs.
"Seriously what were you thinking?" he asks and she continues laughing.
"I'm sorry i shouldn't have even thought of that. God forbid i ever even think about another man but you" she says with a smile.
"Acha chalo lets go home, our actual home, tumhara susral and let's find out if this is actually happening" manik says and puts his hand on her tummy and she smiles.
"Are we even ready for this?" she asks nervously.
"Only time will tell. Chalo let's go we can stop at a pharmacy and get a pregnancy test on the way back" he says and nandhini smiles.
"chalo" she says and they both stand up and walk out the room and find everyone lined up outside the door. Manik and nandhini look at each other awkwardly then look at everyone else.
"So?" mukti asks then.
"We are going to go home and find out if this is actually happening or not" manik says and looks at nandhini with a smile.
"So are you guys back to together?" Aaryaman asks and manik and nandhini look at each other then smile and nod there heads. Everyone screams in excitement and runs and hugs both of them.
Aliya hugs nandhini but hesitates as she comes close to manik and manik looks at her sadly.
"I'm sorry mujhe chilana nahi chaya tha" he says and aliya smiles and suddenly hugs him tight.
"it's okay, dosti mein no sorry no thank you and only i love you" aliya says and hugs him tighter and manik ruffles her hair.
"Love you too alii" he says.
"acha chalo go guys. And call us and let us know ka kya huwa" navya says.
