They say time and love are the biggest healers. Give your heart a chance to exoerience the love it deserves and you will find yourself soaring high with spirits. The memories of the bad they never go away but love makes it possible to find a smile in the pain and feel happiness.
"wow Manik concert that will be awesome." Alya said excitedly expressing everyone's feelings. "Yes buddy that would be great waise bhi its been long we have played anything and a live concert is just awesome." Dhruv said. "But guys what will we play?" Mukti asked. They all pondered over for sometime and everyone started to give their suggestion and finally they asked Manik who was sitting silently after giving the intial idea of the concert. "Well we will perform a medley of songs. Some our old ones and few new ones what say guys." Manik said and said "as soon as Cabir is discharged he will move in with me and we will start working on the songs." Everyone smiled as they all agreed with manik.
Suddenly Abhi punched Manik and said "When will you show us your place?" Cabir gave them all a surprised expression and asked "Your place matlab?" and all their faces fell but Manik went stone cold and without any expressions he told Cabir everything. "Are you mad Manik? I mean you know DJ loves you more than everyone else." Cabir said as Manik looked at him and smiled saying "yes she can love me but she can't trust me and cabir please let's end it here." Cabir went quite as he knew if Manik refused to talk on something he won't.
Alya diverted the topic saying "guys let's start working on the concert details. Like where we will organize the concert, sponsors, tickets, marketing and most importantly date for the concert." Alya's excitement was contagious. Nandini informed that Cabir can leave in next 3-4 days but he won't be able to be able to play before 2 months so guys we have plenty of time to prepare for the concert and Abhi and myself will take care of the event management you guys concentrate on music." Nanidini winked at Abhi who nodded in agreement while the rest smiled only these two knew the secret mission they were working on"Mission Manik DJ" as they called it.
After some more chit chat and planning all of them decided to let Cabir rest and Dhruv stayed back to give company to him and just before he left the room Manik turned back and said "the day Cabir gets discharged is my house warming party fab5 style and exclusively only for fab5." And they cheered and clapped.
The ride back for Manik and Nandini was quite as Nandini seemed to be too lost in her own thoughts. Manik looked at her and called her name "Nandini!" but he got no response "Nandini" again no response and this time Manik's tharki mind reared his head and he bent down and kissed her on the collar bone sending a shiver down her spine. She closed her eyes when Manik planted one more and hissed. Manik moved back and said "good now I have your attention tell me what are you thinking?" "Manik!" Nandini hit him making Manik laugh. "I was thinking about the concert." Manik caressed her head and said "Nandini you don't need to get worked up so much cause there is plenty of time." Nandini smiled and replied "manik there is time for you guys to prepare music but planning has to start from now."
As soon as she finished the car screahed to a halt and Nandini looked out and turned to Manik and said "Manik par main?" Manik put his fingers on her mouth and said "kitne sawal poochti ho tum aaj raat yahi rahogi. I got your stuff and I took chachi's permission and before you say anything as a proof I have recorded the call." Nandini looked at him astonished. "I know I am irresitable miss Murthy." Manik winked and picked her in his arms and walked in.
Manik laid Nandini on bed and came over her. She wrapped her arms around his neck and closed her eyes leaving a smile on his lips. He caressed her her cheeks and planted a soft kiss on her forehead while his hand raised her shirt and caressed her belly button. She hissed his name in pleasure and started planting open wet kisses all over her face leaving her moan in pleasure. As she tightened her grip on his shoulders Manik started kissing her neck. Suddenly he stopped and wrapped a duvet around her.
"Manik?" Nandini looked at him all surprised. "Nandini love is just not about make outs. I know I kind off loose myself around and get too wild." He said caressing the deep bites that she hid in a shirt. "But Nandini." Before he could say anything else he was sushed by peck on his lips "Manik Malhotra do you have any idea how good you are?" she asked with a pride for him reflecting in her eyes. "Yes I do. Your eyes tell me that every single moment Nandini Murthy." He said with a kiss on her forehead and took her in an embrace for a good night sleep.
Love is not all about makeouts, dinners, expensive gifts or exquisite gifts its all about find peace in her eyes; finding your world in his arms. Love is about finding your world in her smile and finding yourself in his eyes. And love like this happenes when two purest souls cross their paths and make their place in the stars.
It was 3 am when Manik woke up on not finding Nandini in his arms. "Nandini." He called out for her but didn't find her around. He got down the bed and walk to the terrace but she wasn't there too. "where is she gone?" Manik got a little worried and walked downstairs to find her sleeping with her head wrapped around her hands on the coffee table and loads of papers and writing material. Manik was puzzled as to what was she up to. He walked close to find her working on the concert details. A smile crept on his face and he slowly took all the papers and filed them carefully and picked her in his arms and walked back to the room.
The next few days passed with the usual visits to hospital, planning for the concert, cold war between Manik & DJ and simoultaneous recovery of DJ and Cabir. Finally the day of their discharge from hospital came. Manik came to pick Cabir up and along with that he planned a party for fab5 at his home. He walked into DJ's cabin to find her all dressed up and waiting for Abhi to come back after finishing the formalities. "Manik." She looked with him with all her hope which were dashed by Manik's cold eyes. He turned back and walked away leaving DJ in tears.
"He will never ever forgive me." She cried. "he will DJ." Nandini's voice made her look up. She smiled and wiped her tears and said cupping her face "DJ he is still you ladoo jalebi. Bas abhi thora gussa hai but you know na how he is." DJ gave a faint smile and said "Nandini he is so hurt. I broke my Manik." "No DJ Manik will come back to you I promise." Nandini said and assured her off Manik's return.
"Wow Manik!" Mukti exclaimed as she stepped in manik's swanky penthouse. "Manik this is so cool. I mean look at the dcor, the flower arrangement and everything around us. Perfect Manik." Alya complemented him in the interiors. Manik smiled and looked at Nandini but didn't find her around. He looked everywhere but she was no where to be find. Finally Manik called her "Where are you?" Nandini replied "Manik you have a party na with fab5 so enjoy it." Manik said "Yes I have party but not without you." Nandini "Manik you said this is a Fab5 exclusive party so let's just keep it that way." And before Manik could say anything else Nandini again continued "Manik you need to spend some quality time with them too; you have a part of your life that included fab5 and not me and moreoever I have some work in college for concert I will meet you tomorrow bye." She disconnected the call.
Manik realized there was no point in discussing this with her and he decided on obeying her order. He joined fab5 for the fun but he wasn't enjoying. He realized she was in every bit of his life. He can live without breathing but not without Nandini. She didn't occupy a place in his heart she owned his heart; she was his heart. Manik was living without her but he was alive with her.
