CHAP 13 :

Nandini was sitting when again everyone came with manik with her favorite breakfast. Actually everyone was going to their house but manik stopped them and insist them to stay with nandini for some time so everyone agreed.

"are aap log to chale gye the na?" nandini asked in suspicious tone.

"haaan..to tuje pasanad nhi aaya kya hum yahan wapas aye wo?" mukti said in teasing tone.

"of course mukti kyun pasana aayega jab tu itne a6e couple ka romantic morning breakfast plan spoil kr degi to kisi ko bhi pasand nhi aayega hai na nandu?" navya also said and asked nandini.

"aisa ku6 nhi hai wo bas aise hi maine pu6a" nandini said avoiding everyone's gaze.

"ok enough now..stop it guys... Don't tease my wife now" manik sat beside her and nandini looked at him very shockingly after listening "MY WIFE" in loving tone from manik.

Everyone sat on the bed and boys sat on chair near nandini. And discussing about evening plan but nandini was lost somewhere and manik was noticing her every move.

"chhoti tu kya pehenegi?" mukti asked and nandini came oout from her trance.

"ku6 bhi pehan lugi" nandini said in plain tone.

"aise kaise ku6 bhi pehan logi, are bhai mnaik Malhotra ki wife ho the business tycoon aaj pehli baar tum uske sath dinner pr jaa rhi ho aur ku6 bhi pehan logi? Ji nhi hum sab sham ko aayege tab sham ko decide karte hai a6e se" navya said in her chirpy tone and girls like her ideas.

Manik was feeding nandini her breakfast after sometime mukti said "guys ab hume chalna chahiye bahot kaam hai hum sham ko milte hai" and everyone nodded and left from there.

"nandini blazer kahan hai mera?" manik asked but she didn't say anything.

"meri files?" manik again asked but when didn't get response he turned back and looked at nandini and she was staring at ceiling.

"ku6 to sochna padega is ke bare mein agar nandini ussi incident ke bare mein sochti rahegi to wo uss darkness ke se kbhi bhi nikal hi nhi payegi, jo darkness maine bear ki hai jis se main guzra hoon main nandini wahan pr nhi jane de skta" manik thought.

Manik phone rang and saw that Rishabh was calling him and he sat beside nandini and he was about to pick it up but nandini said "manik pls bhai London mein hain aur unhe kal ke bare mein ku6 batana pls waise bhi unki tabiyat kharab rehti hai" manik nodded and picked up his call.

"hello manik kaise ho? Wo kal se nandini ka phone lag nhi raha tha to muje thodi si tension ho rhi thi agar tum meri usse baat karwa do to?" Rishabh said in concern tone because for him nandini was everything for him her father her brother her best friend but after her marriage relation also changed between Rishabh and nandini.

Nandini take phone from manik and said in chirpy tone "hello bhai kaise ho aap?"

"kaisa hai mera baccha? Aur beta tu kal se mera phone kyun nhi pick kr rhi thi tuje pata hai kitna tensed tha main?" Rishabh said in very caring and concern tone.

"sorry bhaiya wo bas kal bahot busy thi main aur mera phone bhi tut gya tha is liye main aap se baat nhi kr payi sorry" nandini said in very happy tone just for Rishabh.

"tu khush hai na? nandu..." Rishabh said in his very concern tone.

A lone tear escaped from her eye and manik wiped it and nandini looked at him and said "haan bhai I am so happy aap na meri tension na lo aap bas apni health ka dhyan rakhe bhai" nandini said and after some chit chat she cut the call.

Manik called his pa and said "aaj mein office nhi aa rha hoon jo bhi kaam hain main wo ghar se karunga thik hai aur koi problem ho to just call me"

"manik lekin aap office kyun nhi ja rahe hai don't worry I am fine" nandini said and she was about to go but manik made her sit again on the bed.

"are aaj mera bhi mood nhi hai kahin bhi jane ka lets watch movie kafi time ho gaya hai what's say? but first you have to take your medicines and milk" manik said smilingly and forward to her milk and medicines.

"okay.." nandini just nodded in yes and both went to projector room.

Manik start his favorite movie mr.india and nandini also like that movie. Nandini was smiling because of the movie and manik saw that and he felt much revealed after seeing her smiling.

After sometime manik felt something on his shoulder when he turned his face he saw that nandini was sleeping so peacefully on his shoulder, manik very carefully made her lay down mega couch and off the projector and covered her with a blanket. Manik was staring at her face and some bruises on her neck. Manik lightly packed her forehead and left from there.

Manik was working in his study when cabir came and manik greeted him with a warm hug.

"so kaisi hai nandu?" cabir said in serious tone.

"yaaa..she is okay now better she is right now sleeping" manik said and again start his working.

"so you love her right?" cabir asked and manik looked at him shockingly.

"are you mad? Love??? Aur wo bhi main tuje lagta hain main ab pyar kar skta hoon? No I don't love her" manik said in firm tone.

"really to fir ye care itna uska dhyan rakhna, hume uske sath rakhna just because wo distract ho paye, tu uss vaun ko jaan se mar deta agar main na aata to, agar ye pyar nhi hai to kya hai?" cabir also said angrily.

"sympathy.. its my time to pay back when I was in bed for one month she took care of me usne meri har baat ke dhyan rakha so main bhi wohi kr rahan hoon nothing else aur agar koi aur bhi ladki hoti to bhi main usse aise hi bachata its nothing special" manik said in very serious tone but somewhere he knew that its not true.

One person was standing outside to his study and listening their conversation and its nandini. She woke up after sometime and saw that manik was not there so she get up and went to his study directly and listened their conversation. After listening manik's words for her she ran from there.

"main janta hoon that you love her aur ab zyada der nhi lagegi tuje iss baat ko accept krne mein" cabir thought and also left from there.

"I thought that he is falling for me but no its just mere sympathy wo sab sirf is liye kr rhe hai k maine unki 1 month tak care ki thi now he is paying back for that one month how silly and stupid I am? How can I think like that manik can fall for me?" nandini was blabbering and manbir's conversation was roaming in her mind.

In the evening mukti alya and navya came to her room and saw that nandini was not ready.

"abhi bhi tum aise hi ho ready nhi hui nandu?" navya said in her worried tone.

"sorry wo I slept for some time to.. but don't worry abhi ready ho jati hoon" nandini opened her cupboard and choose a simple salwar cameez for her and all girl made a bed face and navya snatched it from her and alya choose an elegant gown for her.

"lekin iski kya zaroorat main salwaar kameez pehan rhi hoon na sirf dinner ke liye hi to jana hai" nandini said.

"sirf dinner nhi nandu hum sab pehli baar as a family dinner pr jaa rhe teri shadi ke baad to a6e se ready ho ja chal hum tuje ready krte hai" mukti said and all girls made her ready.

Dhrulya and mukbhi went in one car cavya and Nyonika and Aryan went in one car and manan went in one car.

Manik was driving the car and nandini was looking outside the window. Manik's words were roaming in her mind. She doesn't want manik's sympathy and care as a pay back so she was trying to avoid him.

"nandini ku6 bolo..ku6 baat kro" manik said politely.

"manik muje music sun na hai may i?" nandini said in cold tone and start music player and closed her eyes. Lone tear escaped from her eye but she wiped it quickly before manik can notice.

"nandini ko kya hua hai? Sham se dekh raha hoon wo muj se thik se baat kyun nhi kr rhi hain? Is she avoiding me?" manik thought and just word avoid made him so restless.

Manan reached to hotel and manik get down from car before he open door for nandini, she herself opened door and get down from car.

manik booked private cabin for his friends and family. He was waiting for them and manager saw him and came to him. nandini saw him coming towards them and she hide behind manik and clutched his hand tightly, manik noticed it. Manager came near them and greeted manik and he also forward his hand to nandini, she hide herself more in his back manik held her hand more tightly in assurance.

"ohh wo unki tabiyat thik nhi hai to don't feel bed" manik said in polite tone and manager took them to their reserved cabin.

Kaissa laga??

I know less manan but you have to wait little bit...

Manik is confuse and broken soul and why he is not accepting you will came to know when I will post his past and his flashback..
