I think that Manik is mad at Nandu because probably first time she lost focus from work and made some mistake which is absolutely unlike her...and maybe either Harshad is responsible for it directly or indirectly or maybe Manik and Nandini have begun to expect in their friends with benefits relationship and hence their nok jhok tantrums small fights will start..

Finally as expected Manik came to Nandini rescue
N unexpectedly but Manik confessed Nandini as his gf
N coming to promo
I think separation n fighting scene is on der way
