I don't know if it's onscreen either- both of them are holidaying, it seems- not shooting. Probably he had a barf ka gola in his favourite colour- Red, hence the red thing on his hand. 😆

Its fake blood left over color. Manik is supposed to beat up Pandit badly in the upcoming episodes. So yeah..!
