Yes there are 80% chances of a new entry as this show very closely relates to Boys over flower.
You see the BOV character that matches dhruv's had a love interest who was an actress/model. Only dhruv's charac loved her but she did not love him back.
Here nandini has started liking dhruv but whatever dhruv has for nandini is sympathy/friendship. But he will realise his love for nandini after a while but till then she will have already fallen in love with manik.

I doubt they will show two two heart breaks for Dhruv. Even if its Manik-Nandini. People already like Dhruv too much if He goes through two heartbreaks I doubt people will like it.
The tag line says its a story of Friendship, Love and BETRAYAL.
So I think they have some other plan. Lets see. Who is gonna Betray who?
