quick question for all of you in india...

when you get a court marriage, do they check if you have been married before???

see, in the US, when you go to get a marriage license/court marriage they ask you if you have been married before and under what name and they check your social security number.

If they do the same in india, than how can kripa really have gotten married in court. Wouldnt they have asked her about her first marriage and NO divorce????

therefore, i definitely think this is a fake marriage and plus, they never showed them going to court.

THey did say that it was a fake marriage...only pretending to be married in front of bua for her khushi... but do u think even if they wouldve gotten married they wudve shown them looking out for previous marriages?? not in K-world.

I'm sure such legal steps are required to be taken care of before court marriages in india as well, but since there is no social security number and stuff, it might be sorta easier to lie and fool the system....(I'M GUESSING..i dunno anything for sure)....esp cuz after 5yrs, u prolly have lots of proofs of identity n stuff which prolly dont relate back to ur "past"...unless u were a STAR that is.. but who cares!
