Veer tries to explain everything to Dev when Ameesha comes in. Veer quickly hides the doccument so that Ameesha fails to see it. Ameesha asks Veer to go to his room and rest. Dev learns that due to too much tension and pressure Veer started behaving strangely therefore the doctor had given him complete bed rest and had suggested to shift him to some ashram where he will be kept under good care. She warns Dev not to believe in Veer as he was not in his senses and he was having bad dreams regarding Dev. Dev insists his brother to go and rest and promises that he would talk the next morning. Ameesha pulls Veer away and Dev is extremely upset as because of him the entire house was suffering.
Kaajjals eyes are still wide opened, she is still thinking about Dev. The way Dev bahaved made her believe that he had feelings for her but the love for Payal in his life had greater impact on him and infront of it her love was nothing. She is curious about Payal as she is assured that something had happened to her which ahd changed Dev and it was necessary to know the truth. She is unable to decide who to ask about Dev's past when Dhruv calls her. He asks Kaajjal or Lunch as he had opened a new company. He pleads Kaajjal to forget about the pooja incident and promises that he would not talk about Dev or that pooja again. Kaajjal suddenly remembers that dhruv would help her as he knows Dev from a long time. She asks if they could meet next morning and Dhruv happily agrees.
Ameesha talks with the doctor over the phone and she agrees to pay him large sum as promised but only after Veer is successfully sent to that ashram. She puts the phone down and says that Veer was the biggest problem in her path and she would have to remove him from the house at any cost, poor Veer was fast asleep due to the medicines. Dev is lying on the bed but still thinking about Kaajjal. He was feeling restless; the urge to tell her that he loved her was eating him up. He was unable to relax and then he gets up but his heart as if calling for kaajjal. A song is played in the background, the words said that thought he loved her still he just couldn't confess, and he can never forget her.
Kaajjal is lost in Dev's thoughts in the restaurant when Dhruv distracts her. Kaajjal tries to ask Dhruv about Dev, about their friendship and the sudden change in Dev. Dhuv explains that Dev was his childhood friend and he was never a fanatic infact a fun loving guy who used to be always happy and cool, he used to cheer him up when he was sad but sadness dominated Dev forever. Dev loved his wife Payal madly. Kaajjal after learning about Dev's marriage was shocked and broken from inside but she still insists on knwoing more. Dev says that Dev and Payal lived for each other but destiny had other plans they couln't lead a happy married life for long. In a car accident Payal died and Dev still thinks that he was the reason behind Payal's unusual death. Kaajjal wants to know why dev accused himself but Dhruv says that he didn't want to talk about that terrible incident and the conversation ends.
Veer is made into a handycap. He had no sense when he was packed the van in a trolley.Ameesha cries showing other that she was extremely broken because Veer's departure. NT sheds here tears that her son was going week and started blabbering rubbish. The ward boys carries Veer to the van. On the way Veer wakes up and he is upset to discover that Ameesha had succeeded in sending him to the ashram. He thinks that he had to save his brother at any cost and he just can't let Ameesha go her way. He tricks the ward boy who was yawning and jumps from the van. The men started chasing him and Veer ran towards his house. Ameesha is angry on learning that the doc couldn't control Veer and got fooled by him. She orders them to prevent Veer from coming to the house. Veer tricks the men and hides behind a tree with the doccument in his hands. Finally he runs home and sees Dev infront. Dev is totally confused to see Veer in that distressed position. He helps him sit and wants to fetch him water. Veer requests that he only wanted Dev to be infront of his eyes and it was the time when Dev should know the truth. Ameesha pops in the correct moment and says that Veer had to be giving an injection and it was necesary for his condition. Dev helps Ameesha to give that injection while Veer is pleading and requesting Dev to listen to him but Dev is busy managing Veer to give the injection. Lastly Veer puts the doccument in Dev's pockets and he is made senseless y Ameehsa the next moment. The doctor comes and drags Veer away who had no senses.
Dev goes to his room and is worried about what his brother was trying to say. When he notices the doccument lying on the floor. The kundali says that the shani's mahadasha on dev will b bhari fm jan onwards that is right now and when it will reach its peak dev may even die
