I think the British authorities found something 'off' about a few batches of Curry leaves that came in...and stopped allowing it to be exported here!

For almost a year, it was very difficult to find curry leaves in any of the Indian/Sri Lankan/Pakistani/Bangladeshi stores here...

Have you ever heard of people smuggling curry leaves in? That's what sort-of happened... the shopkeepers at the counter would store the curry leaves in the cupboards under the shopping till... and we'd have to buy it from there!

By chance if a crate came, it'd be gone in under 24 hours! 🤣

Rose... websites are temporary... in a decade's time we cannot say if these links will exist... same goes with laptops and hard drives too... it is better to store anything of value (like family photos) in 2-3 different formats for back up! 😳
