and divya, when a person detaches himself with his own life, nothing else matters... and now for her when there is no relation btw them, then thinking that she would blame him, or apologize to him or whatever do with him, absolutely no chance stands for it...

Yes, I always want Jodha to stand up for herself ... If this is the way she thinks she can do it, while I don't agree with it ... I can see your POV.
Girls, remember that you are talking about a born princess and a queen of the Mughal Sultanate. You are not talking about a washer woman's daughter. Its a really romantic notion created by Bollywood when a woman walks out of her husband's door to create a path for herself. Very dramatic and very powerful imagine for a country where most of us are taught that your life ends just right inside the in-laws door. Its like a impossible fantasy made real by the sheer will of this woman who have had enough of the pain and hurt. Yet, in most cases these are characterised by common woman, NOT of royal blood.
Jodha is not your oridinary woman. She is taught to fight, and fight face on. Never from back. Never back off from a war. Walking away is not standing up for herself. How is it that she stands up for herself by walking away? Standing up means letting the bully know that he cannot step on you. She just walks away. And I am so bewildered to try and understand how is that action considered as standing up?
Jalal asks her portrait the questions that we too should ask. Why did she fight for everyone but herself?Oh, because he cut her loose by his ' I free you from this relationship'? Aunty timed that outburst...it was 12 minutes. So in 12 minutes he rants and raves, hurls her, shouts ...practically explodes in her face and what he said in the last couple of second is what she takes to heart? Is Jodha having some hearing imparment or having some selective amnesia? why in that 12 minutes she did not react? I say react, because react is automode, no need to think. During the FP track when he implied/accuses her that the baby is someone else's she yells at him, stops him, this overpowering, commanding hulk of a man, and points a finger to him and tells him off.
She did that didn't she? Or was it Jodha's double?
She defended her pride, her dignity her virtue. she did not give him a chance at all. That is what Jodha should be. That is what a real queen is. At no point she can give up. A princess is never told that its okay for her to behave like a commoner. Isn't that why when Bharmal found out about SHivani's love affair he was furious? wasn't that the reason why Jodha was in disbelieve when Shivani ran away?
Jodha doesn't have to beg for forgiveness, but at least should act dignified enough to admit that she too contributed sufficiently for this mess.
agreed with all what u have written... but as far as i remember she is dignified enough else she wouldn't have been sorry for hiding the truth from Jalal... have u ever seen Ruku or MA being sorry for any of their crime? and Jo feeling guilty , i think it certainly proves her purity...
