yes he did say he doesnt love her coz he is not ready to accept the fact. Jodha is Jalal's soul-mate, love and they share an emotional connection. Ruqu is only Jalal's friend. So obviously Jodha can never take her place, so is Ruqu. Jodha can become Jalal's friend eventually but Ruqu can never be his soul-mate. Zaraa socho 11 saal saath rehke bhi Jalal ko Ruqu se ya Ruqu ko Jalal se pyaar nahi hua toh iss rishte ka toh koi pehchaan hi nahi hai ! Its really sad ! Waise bhi Ruqu ki jagaah hai kya ?? Takhht, auda, rudba inn sabse bahar akar kabhi Ruqu ne socha hai ? Like MA said Ruqaiyah Malika-e-Khaas toh bangayi lekin Jalal ki biwi kabhi nahi banpayegi.

Trust and Betrayal

This is the crux of what lies in Jalal's heart and how it affects Jodha.

"Trust starts with truth and ends with truth"

Trust, even when your heart knows no reason to. Trust is the glue that binds all relationships. Trusting is hard and knowing who to trust is even harder.

Jalal claims he now trusts Jodha. Will he keep his word or are these mere words.

His trust in her will be tested time and again... by his own trusted ones. 😕

Jodha , who has the soul of truth in her conduct, can be trusted to not betray Jalal. She has the courage , honesty and forthrightness to confront Jalal on any issue. ⭐️

Jalal may or may not trust Ruqaiyya with everything henceforth. Though she claims to love Jalal, she has betrayed him by keeping the truth from him. The truth about Bairam's death and Adham in harem as she wanted a hold over Maham. She will always think of herself first and will use any information for her own position and gain out of it.

Salima Begum has proved herself not only trustworthy but supportive with wise council too.

Both Jalal and Jodha can trust her to be honest and show them the right path.👍🏼

Jalal has just been betrayed by his own blood, his beloved sister. A sister who claims to love her husband to the extent of back-stabbing a father -like .. big brother. There are many others surrounding Jalal, the ones who claim ties of milk and extended association through it, who are waiting to betray him.

Jalal has complete faith and trust in his BadiAmmi, Maham. He seeks her council in his darkest hour. Not realizing that she will be the one to plunge him in the darkest pit. He will need a strong Jodha by his side to survive the monumental betrayal , to come out of it with his sanity intact. Maybe that would be the day he will know his real mother's love. ...the difference between conditional dood-ka-karz and the love of Mallika-e-Hind , Hamida Bano.

Sharifuddin has played his hand...Adham is always scheming and plotting . Forgiving Bakshi her crime has probably created a worst monster in her. Ruqaiyya is out for herself and will do all to manipulate Jalal.

Will Jalal trust the right ones ? Or will he keep on judging the ones he can trust against the words of those who will betray him in a heartbeat !
