Its because maharana partap is not a king yet. His brother was a king and he had to fight with his brother for the throne. As bharmal said maharana partap was not a king at that time so he had no power/army to fight against Mughals. If Jodha were to be married to MP, her brothers wouldn't have been saved. Also, Amer and Chittor fought against each other as well, that might be another reason for MP not marrying Jodha. But I think mostly its because MP had no power at that time to fight along with Bharmal against Mughals.

lol ur right bharmal is silly naive man, jalal is also having many queens and MP is also having many queen but atleast MP is from his religion and also rajput but silly bharmal dosent think abt it
