btw, i ain't lauren fan but if you want me to criticize and bash lauren for showing same dance, i would do so ,only when if drashti gets able to do even one step of her same dance 😆..i just get astonished to see how fastly and vigorously lauren performs difficult steps , nobody could do by far and nobody can do even further ..😆...

I hope you watched her todays act... She didnt miss a single beat .. from the start to end for every single beat she was dancing .. I bet non of Jdj contestants can even can match up with her interms of dancing .. in one single act she danced 9 forms .. Guys I know all of us cant understand the difficulty of her acts and how many dance forms she actually does by just looking at her acts as she does everything so effortlessly .. Thats the talent she has ..

And dont even suspect her dancing skills ... She is such a treat to watch .. I hope you all are enjoying her dancing too .. if not guys pls watch them again ..I ll gurentee that you guys will see pure dancing will enjoy watching them ... 😃 ..

She is the one of the very few and the only finalist who is actually "dancing" in every episode...And those who have their senses in the right places, know that she is awesome...😃

I think someone has already mentioned this, her name is Lauren.

Lauren has done more contemporary but the acts are definitely not the same. For Lauren, doing all the acts on Indian songs is stepping out of her comfort zone. She has done a sensuous bollywood song, an semi-classical fusion act (which had some crazy semi-classical steps which I doubt anyone else in the competition can pull off), a Bharatnatyam style of dance, a robotic garba (no one can deny that her garba steps are completely out of her comfort zone), a bollywood item song - if all of these are not enough for you guys to show that she has stepped out of her comfort zone then obviously you are head-strong against being open-minded.

Even though the other contestants have repeated steps over and over in lieu of different "styles", I'm glad Lauren and Punit have shown us acts which are different, unique and historic. I am very happy that they were in this season as we have seen some amazing acts, whether they are contemporary or not.

Again (caveat, as always), this is my opinion and I hope you all respect it.

@Bold: Bang on. It's cool man, we know why such threads creep up. People indeed who tag others of being insecure or jealous are themselves getting worked up with Lauren and her talent. Looks like some of these people know all about insecurity and jealousy since they must go through it every day of their lives when they see someone outdo their own favorites.

So I can understand their frustration and it doesn't help when people have blinders on 😉 But anyone who is open minded enough can see the list and see for themselves the variety of things Lauren has brought to the stage. Other than Tushar and Punit and may be Marischa, no one even dared to do anything Indian. So these guys at least had the guts to try something Indian on an Indian stage 👏

Another thing that we seem to forget is that while she is sitting there waiting to perform, the whole show is "out of her comfort zone" as she can't even speak the language. Try going to a Chinese dancing show... it would be out of your comfort zone no matter how good a dancer you are.

And for crying "foul, this is a copy from some DID act", you should refer yourself to DID for the village act by DD and to SYTYCD for the Jodha Akbar song by Sunali/Sumant.

Just like Madhuri is a dancer and an actor, there is nothing wrong with Lauren being a dancer and an actor. We can't hold that against her. We all know that we will vote for whoever our favorite is but alleging that Lauren does the same dance without appreciating what she has done for this Jhalak season is unfortunate for the person who is unable to appreciate their acts.
