drashti's eyes r lot more gorgeous than kareena , kareena has even more fairer complexion...drashti's lips n nose r cute (perfect) lot more better than kareena...drashti has even more better figure than kareena...

kareena has very unique bone structure...

both kareena n drashti have husky voice.
