You will get connected once. Then blast them for cutting calls and the problems you faced calling them from Aussie. You will feel better. At least one call per day.

I talked with them 1 and a half hours earliar. But now they r not picking up!!!

They need to know that we international callers, have to pay a lot & they didnt even bother to pick that up!!!!😕
