Jethji... she hasn't called him that yet, but Khushi did tease Payal about defending her 'jeth ji'.. khushi actually used that term to refer to him. (the episode.. the one where Arnav comes to drop off the wedding invite sample, and ends up giving Khushi the towel.. i think it was that one... )

U remeber old episodes, akash called him nk bhai, but nk refered him only as akash. But on wedding day, nk said to akaash, tumhare bache mujhe chachu bolen ge... So he is younger than akash...

And in the new episodes dono ek dusre ko bhai bhai keh rahe hain!

on a side note, is nani Arnav's grandmother from his mom's side...as in Nani is his mom's mother right? Because he calls his uncle & Aunt Mamaji and mamiji and mamaji is Nani's son right?
