Wow thats an out of the world connection. As far as I know, she does not know about the pearls, I mean how important the pearls are for arnav and he has kept it safe!. Loved the way they showed it, it is really a star crossed connection. ⭐️

No I think she was just recollecting the various encounters of him and her. The pearls were their first encounter and the Mannat ka chabi was the second. The third was the payal. So she just dreamt of them in that order.
