If Shyam poisons Arnav and implicates Khushi, Arnav should realize that if Shyam truly loved Khushi he would never implicate Khushi...He can compare it to own self, even yesterday he didn't say (okay he was not exactly in a position to) that the delay was on account of food being cooked again.

And Khushi's Near Panic should also trigger this for Arnav that she is concerned about Arnav, hopefully.

Her Swami swami nautanki kind of ruined it shweth's.. His reaction were more like she is faking it again.. Even when Anjali says him, it looked she is trying to get into good books..

Yaar my confusion is yday he feel so badly but in precap he was back on his feet and was moving around without any pain😕 kya baat hain!!!!
